Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds allowed.
Tickets may be transferred to another patron, but that patron must provide the name of the ticket buyer when checking in at the Playhouse in order to use the ticket. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show ONE time, at no cost, based upon availability at the time the new reservations is made. In order for tickets to be exchanged, the ticket buyer must call our reservation line at 336-499-1010 or email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the performance. After one exchange, the ticket may not be exchanged another time. In the event a performance is cancelled by Stained Glass Playhouse, refunds or ticket exchanges will be offered, not subject to the restrictions in the policies above.
Late Policy
Late seating is at the discretion of Stained Glass Playhouse. If a patron arrives after a performance has started, and seating the patron will disrupt the performance or other patrons, then the patron will not be admitted entry until the next time such disruption can be avoided (for example, intermission).
No-Show Policy – If a previously ticketed seat is unclaimed by the published curtain time of a performance, Stained Glass Playhouse reserves the right to resell that seat to another patron. If the original ticket buyer subsequently arrives later for that performance, they will only be admitted entry if there is still available seating, and only in accordance with the Late Policy above.
