Refund/Exchange Policy

Patrons may exchange their tickets for another performance of equal or lesser value, subject to availability, up to one hour before the original curtain time. Exchanges must be requested in person at the box office; no online exchanges are permitted. Proof of original purchase is required, and exchanged tickets become void. This policy excludes meal tickets, and sold-out shows.

Late Policy

Late arrivals will not be seated immediately and may be held in the lobby until a suitable break in the performance, as determined by the ushers.
