Justin Hatch
Justin has been working for YTC since 2017, and has been directing the Youth Musical Productions for the last three years. In addition to the Salem Y, he's worked as a theatre educator and artist in various New England communities over the last 10 years. He received both a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre and Bachelors of Science in Community Education from Salem State University. Outside of the Y, he can be found playing piano, talking to his dog on FaceTime, or retreating off the grid a few times a year.

Francis Bordeleau
Francis is a light/sound designer, set designer, illustrator, and cartoonist. They earned their BFA in Illustration from Lesley University and are currently working towards their masters in Visual Narrative from Boston University. They’ve been working with the Y Theatre Company for over 2 years now and enjoy working with children. They are also a production associate at the Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge, MA. They also enjoy sewing, writing, and folk music.

Ellen P. Dixon
Ellie has been loving designing costumes and working with students at the Y on and off since 2009. She currently also designs costumes at New England boarding schools and colleges. She has over twenty years of experience working and designing in costume shops, universities, and theatres across the country. She enjoys Thai iced tea and taking in musicals, operettas, and church services when she can. Stage Manager
Sam Morris
Sam Morris has stage managed several children’s theater productions, collaborated with professional opera companies, assisted the art department on numerous film projects and worked at the Charles Playhouse in Boston. Hailing from Arkansas and embracing the vibrant theater scene of MA, Sam has been working for the Y since last September. From participating in choir, debate, theater, and forensics, to taking on leadership roles like student director in high school, theater and the fine arts has always played a major role in Sam's life. She hopes one day to move to LA to pursue her theater and film dreams!

Skylar Longley
Skylar Longley (Assistant Director) is a graduating senior at Salem State University pursuing a BFA in Theater Performance. Directing credits include Hearts Like fists and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. This is her first YMCA show, and she’s so excited to be here! Skylar likes arts and crafts, cooking, and cuddling with cats!
