A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare Cast

I am Evelynn in A Midsummer Night's Dream. I am playing Theseus and this is my biggest role yet. Previously, I was Morris in Newsies JR. I have done seven plays at the Salem YMCA. After this show, I am doing tech and ensemble for High School Musical Jr. I hope you enjoy the show!

I am Raphael Macedo. I'm playing Egeus and Tom Snout in this "A Midsummer Night's Dream" production. In the past, I have played Tinkerbell in "Peter Pan JR," Ancestor Six in "The Addams Family," Glowworm in "James and the Giant Peach JR," Pinocchio in "Shrek the Musical JR," Uncle Henry in "The Wizard of Oz," Jetsam in "The Little Mermaid JR," Michael in "Matilda JR," the Grouper in "Finding Nemo JR," and Romeo in "Newsies JR." I'm in the sixth grade and play percussion. I'm also a good cook and an amazing gamer.

I'm Sam and I'm excited to be doing Shakespeare for the first time. Hope you enjoy the show! Some other characters I've played are Fester in "The Addams Family," Earthworm in "James and the Giant Peach JR," Mr. Wormwood in "Matilda JR," and more.

I am Jocelyn and I am playing Hippolyta. I like to sing and hang out with friends! Have fun at the show! Some roles I've been are Maleficent in Descendants, Elle in Legally Blonde, and worked on tech for Finding Nemo JR and Charlie Brown.

Hi, I am Arden Sears and I play Puck in Midsummer! I have been in "The Wizard of Oz," "The Little Mermaid JR," "Matilda JR," "The Lion King JR," and "Finding Nemo JR." This is my sixth play at the YMCA!

I'm Genesis and I'm playing Francis Flute in A Midsummer Night's Dream. I have performed as Hannah in "Newsies JR." When I'm not onstage I like to draw, talk to my friends, and learn my lines. I hope you enjoy the show!

I am Emmy and I play Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream. I do many activities, such as color guard, horseback riding, playing the drums, flute, and of course theatre. My most recent roles have been Evie in "Descendants" and the Acrobat in "Matilda JR." I go to Collins Middle School and participate in the drama club, chorus, and band. I am very excited to be back at the YMCA for this play!

Melanie is very happy to be playing Titania because she loves nature! Melanie loves Moana, and Tifi the Island Girl reminds her of her character, Titania. Melanie plays, acts, plays basketball, and dances. She is very grateful for her family. She has been in three shows: "Finding Nemo JR," "Newsies JR," and "A Midsummer Night's Dream." She loves her sister and brother who are always slaying.

Lia is excited to be playing Oberon in "A Midsummer Night's Dream!" Some of her other rules include Timon (The Lion King JR), Hades (Hercules), and Earthworm (James and the Giant Peach). She is a sixth grader at Collins Middle School who loves acting and singing. In her free time she plays soccer, track, and hangs out with her friends and her dog. She would like to give a special shoutout to her sister who has always been there. Enjoy the show!

I am playing Peaseblossom! I have played Mrs. Wormwood in "Matilda JR" and Gurgle in "Finding Nemo JR."

I am Ella Coates and I'm playing Hermia in this production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream." I have previously played the roles of Nubian Slave in "Aida the Musical," Amanda in "Matilda JR," and Belle in "Descendants." When I'm not onstage you can find me performing in the Collins Middle School jazz band or dancing at a performing arts academy. I am also part of the Collins D.I. team and enjoy playing the flute. I am Gavin and I'm playing Lysander in this production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by William Shakespeare. I have performed in many, MANY plays & musicals, but some of my favorites are Shrek in "Shrek the Musical JR," Luke in "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief," and Gomez in "The Addams Family." In my free time, I love to play soccer, play my clarinet, and hang out with my friends.

I am Amelia and I'm playing Cobweb and Starveling in this production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. I have performed as Little Elsa in Frozen, Elves in A Pirate's Christmas, and Flounder in The Little Mermaid. I have also been in Matilda JR, The Lion King JR, Peter Pan, and Finding Nemo JR. I like singing and piano!

Hello! My name is Peyton and my role is Helena. I am in eighth grade and I'm fourteen years old. I have been doing plays at the Y for nine years, my first show being Willy Wonka JR (I was an Oompa Loompa). Since then I've been Ariel in The Little Mermaid JR, Wednesday in The Addams Family, and many other fun roles. Over the last couple of weeks I have had an amazing time. From making our set pieces or going over scenes, there has never been a time where we weren't having fun. It has been a spectacular time and I'm glad this has been my first Shakespeare play.

El has been in many productions since joining YTC. He has played The Trunchbull in Matilda JR, Gill in Finding Nemo JR, and Oscar Delancey in Newsies JR, to name a few. Outside of acting, El enjoys reading & writing fantasy, playing D&D, making & listening to music, and being an online creator on YouTube & Twitch. He is also a member of the middle school jazz band & robotics club, as well as the Girl Scouts.
