Colin Hanlon
Colin Hanlon is an actor, writer, director and producer living in New York City. He directed "Broken Snow" by Ben Andron starring Tony Danza currently playing Off-Broadway. Last spring he directed "Kowalski" by Gregg Ostrin off Broadway at The Duke on 42nd Street. Regionally, Colin has directed at George Street Playhouse, Sharon Playhouse, Theater Workshop of Nantucket and more. He's the co-producer & star of "Submissions Only". He's also an adjunct professor at NYU New Studio, LIU, Stella Adler and Cap 21. Still a working actor, as he's recurred on “Modern Family,” “Difficult People,” “The Sinner,” “The Good Fight", "Uncoupled" and more. Broadway: "Falsettos," "Rent," "Wicked" (First National Tour) and "In Transit". Off-Broadway: NYC premiere of "Dot" by Colman Domingo (Vineyard Theater, dir. Susan Stroman), A.R. Gurney’s last play "Final Follies", dir. David Saint (Cherry Lane) and "I Love You Because" (original cast).

Adam Fleming
Adam is a Portland, Oregon, based director, choreographer, and performer. An alumnus of Portland Experimental Theater Ensemble’s Institute for Contemporary Performance, Adam is a co-founder and co-artistic director of Trick Pony Theatre (@heytrickpony). Notable works as director and movement director; "Amélie," "Secret In The Wings," "Clue," "The Play That Goes Wrong"; as choreographer; "Toe Pick" (NYC’s Dixon Place), "West Side Story" (Sioux City Symphony), "Dick Johnson Is Dead" (Netflix, Sundance Film Festival). Most recent work as co-creator and performer; "Soft Machine" (Trick Pony Theatre, New2You Festival) and "Neighboring" (Trick Pony Theatre, Fertile Ground Festival); as associate director; "Lizard Boy" (Portland Center Stage, Chip Miller). As a performer, he has appeared on Broadway in "Hairspray" (Sketch, OBC) and "Wicked" (Boq). Robert Stoop
Rob is thrilled to be back for his second production with Richmond Triangle Players, following their one-night celebration of "The Rocky Horror Show" with Richmond Symphony last Halloween. A Philadelphia native, he brings over 20 years of musical direction experience to the stage. Special thanks to his wonderful new colleagues, the incomparable cast and crew, and his ever-supportive circle of family and friends – and above all, to the one Rob loves… because: his husband, Carlos.

Nicole Cowans
Nicole is an Assistant Professor of Voice and Speech at Virginia Commonwealth University, a certified Fitzmaurice Voicework® teacher, Perdekamp Emotional Method teacher, and Integral Sound Healing Practitioner. She specializes in helping performers connect breath, voice, and emotional life to support healthy, expressive singing and speaking in musical theatre. Her work emphasizes vocal freedom, clarity of text, and embodied storytelling. Nicole has developed voice and speech curricula for BFA programs and is passionate about supporting artists in new work development. She is honored to be part of the I Love You Because workshop. Scenic Painter
Dana Frostick
A Richmond artist, Dana loves cats and riding her bike. A self-described “kittiot,” her favorite pastime is finding kitties to greet during her daily rides around Northside. Frostick developed an early love of the theater, being inducted into the Thespian National Honor Society as a drama student at Freeman Highschool. She is excited to bring her talents to the sets of RTP after many years of pursuing her career as a painter.
Sound Designer
Aaron Holland (she/they)
is excited to be back behind the board and also working with RTP, after 24 years In Chicago as a theatre maker. Past projects include "Dorian" at Open Space Arts, "Babes in Boyland" and "The Best Worst Drag Show" at Jackhammer, "The North/South plays" with Bailiwick Chicago, "The Love Fest" and "The Janky Panky Jam" (self - produced). Aside from sound design, Aaron is also a freelance director and performs in many capacities (after a healthy 38 year acting career- you can Google that) from time to time. She's Development Director with Yes, And! Theatricals here in RVA. She can't wait for you to Hear what comes next!

Steven Koehler
Steve has designed many shows over the years for RTP, some favorites include - Lonely Planet, Torch Song Trilogy, Stop Kiss, Hysterical Blindness (All at Fieldens), Log Cabin, and Sugar in Our Wounds in the new home. Other area credits include: The Spitfire Grille (Swift Creek Mill Theatre), Deathtrap, Dial M For Murder, Pipeline, Gross Indecency, The Laramie Project (2003), and many more (Virginia Rep). Lauren Langston (she/her)
Lauren has worked as a Production Stage Manager in Richmond for 13 years! She has had the pleasure of working the following productions with RTP: "A Strange Loop," "Which Way to the Stage," "Torch Song," "Scrooge in Rouge," "one in two," "Head Over Heels," "The Inheritance, Parts 1 & 2", "The Rocky Horror Show" (2019, 2022, and 2025 with Richmond Symphony), "Collective Rage: A Play in 5 Betties," "4000 Days," "Vincent River," "The Santa Closet," "The Cake," and others. When she’s out of the booth she can be found dressed in vintage clothing, restoring lava lamps, playing DND, or hanging out with her Pomeranian Millie. Love to partner Deven and 2 year old Elliot! Kyle Lee (He/Him
Kyle is a graduate from VCU, earning a B.A. in Theater and minor in History. This is their second production at Richmond Triangle Players! Before he has preformed dramaturg work on Detroit 67(Firehouse), immediate family(Richmond Triangle Players), and For Colored girls(VCUMainstage). He would like to thank all his friends and family for their love and support. Specifically like to thank Marya Brice, and his mother. Tim Moehring
Tim is a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker dedicated to the art of visual storytelling on stage or on screen. His approach is rooted in the belief that every element—from a cup to a chainsaw—is a narrative tool. Since 2021, Tim has focused on Props and Scene Design within the Richmond theatre community. His notable contributions include the glass smashing effects for Immediate Family (Richmond Triangle Players), the books for Long Day’s Journey Into Night (Cadence Theatre Company), the picnic basket for Passover (Yes And! Theatrical Company), and the framed painting shields and giant cutlery for Peter and the Starcatcher (The Firehouse Theatre). In his spare time, Tim is an avid researcher of the evolution of monster movies from 1920 to the present.

Luke Newsome (he/him)
Luke loves nothing more than working with his creative home, Richmond Triangle Players. Previous RTP design credits: The Three O’clock Breifing, Garret As Garland, The Golden Girls: The Lost Episodes - The Holiday Edition, Conversations With Mother, Which Way To The Stage, Five Lesbians Eating A Quiche [RTCC Award Winner for Best Costume Design of a Play], A Campy Christmas, Torch Song, Scrooge In Rouge [RTCC Award Nominee; Best Costume Design], Head Over Heels, Christmas on the Rocks, The Inheritance [RTCC Award for Best Play], The Pink Unicorn, Vincent River (hair and makeup designer) and Molly House (costume, hair, and makeup designer) and Lazarus Syndrome (props designer). Performance credits include The Golden Girls, Scrooge In Rouge, The Rocky Horror Show (twice!!), It Shoulda Been You, The Boy From Oz, among many more! The Authors

Ryan Cunningham (Book and Lyrics) is a Jonathan Larson Award-winning lyricist and bookwriter, and a Drama Desk and MAC Award nominee. His Off-Broadway musical, written with composer Joshua Salzman, I Love You Because, was in the NAMT Festival of New Musicals and went on to be produced all over the world in five languages. His next musical also with Salzman, Next Thing You Know, has been produced at CAP 21 in New York, across America and in Europe. He also wrote the book and lyrics to The Legend of New York, (O'Neill finalist) Michael Collins (ASCAP Musical Workshop winner), and The Morris & Essex Line currently in development with Salzman and director John Simpkins. With award-winning writer Charles Antin he wrote the comedies Half-Married and Television's Greatest Playwright. He has also enjoyed a 20-year, award-winning career in advertising, and is currently a Vice President of Creative on the Creative Partnerships team at NBCUniversal. Ryan is a graduate of the NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program and is a member of ASCAP and the Dramatists Guild. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Joshua Salzman is an award-winning composer with two decades of experience writing and arranging for the stage and screen.  Featured in Playbill.com’s list of “Contemporary Musical Theatre Songwriters You Should Know,” his works have been performed Off-Broadway, at Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and theatrical venues around the world.  Salzman has received numerous awards for his work in musical theater, including the Jonathan Larson Award, the American Musical Theatre Project Writers Residency Award, and the ASCAP Frederick Loewe Award. Along with lyricist and bookwriter Ryan Cunningham, Salzman’s 2006 Off-Broadway musical I Love You Because was a part of the NAMT Festival of New Musicals.  The cast recording is available on the PSClassics label, which has generated hundreds of productions across four continents and translated into five languages.  Also with Cunningham, Salzman’s musical Next Thing You Know has been produced at CAP21 in New York, and across America and in Europe, with an album produced by Yellow Sound Label.  Musicals currently in development include The Legend of New York (O’Neill finalist) and Michael Collins (ASCAP Musical Theatre Workshop with Stephen Schwartz).  Salzman’s songwriting for children’s television has been featured on the Disney Junior Network.  For more about Salzman's musicals with Cunningham, visit www.SalzmanAndCunningham.com
