Director
Chris CarverOriginally from Los Angeles, Chris Carver served as Artistic Director of MASQ Entertainment, directing over 50 award-winning productions and was named "Los Angeles' Best Director of the Decade" by Broadway World in 2020. Notable NYC directing credits include "Nunsense," "Something Rotten," "A Christmas Carol," and R&H’s "Cinderella" with NCT. His acclaimed west coast works include "AfterGLOW" (Best Director of the Decade), "Psycho the Musical", and "Hair" in collaboration with Julie Arenal. As an actor, Carver has performed Off-Broadway and in regional theater, TV, and film, with credits ranging from "The Lost Plays of Tennessee Williams" to "American Dreams."

Music Director
Joshua EigerJoshua Evan Eiger is a music director, musical theater writer, and educator who received his B.A. in Music from the University of Virginia graduating with high distinction, and his M.A. in Writing and Design for Musical Theater from Berklee NYC. Most recently Joshua Music directed Unity Stage’s production of "Annie Kids" in Jackson Heights Queens, Hannah Senesh Community Day School’s production of "High School Musical Jr." and Narrows Community Theater’s production of "Seussical" in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.
Joshua is also passionate about developing and working on new works of musical theater. He is music directing the developmental reading of "Loud & With Feeling" by Spencer J. Vigil performed at the parkside lounge. In September of 2023, he Music Directed the workshop staged and reading performance of "Human" Book and Lyrics by Nephrii Amenii, Music and Lyrics by Martha Redbone and Aaron Whitby, sponsored by New Victory Theater and hosted by the Drama League.
Joshua’s writing credits include collaborating on Book Music and Lyrics for "RSVP No!" with collaborator Carter Quinn Tanis. RSVP No! Premiered at the Berklee NYC Showcase for New Musicals in June of 2023. He also provided Music Preparation and Arrangements for "You & I," written by Benjamin Ward, and premiered off-West End at the Phoenix Arts Club in July of 2024. Joshua’s lyrics for the song “The Memories” debuted at 54 below in July of 2024 at Alex Arlotta’s “Gotta Start Somewhere” concert presentation of his solo album.

Co-Producer
Raj KalraRaj Kalra is the newest board member of Narrows Community Theater, co-producing his first show with the organization. This is his first stage production producer credit since "Cabaret" with Penn State Thespians in 2004. A global TV and film executive since 2008, he has produced projects for Marvel, ESPN, BBC, and Prime Video, and developed content for Disney, Apple, and more. Raj looks forward to many more NCT productions, including an exciting slate of shows in 2025!

Co-Producer
Dayle Vander SandeDayle Vander Sande (Co-Producer) is excited to be taking on a new role at NCT bringing this heartwarming production of "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" to Brooklyn audiences this holiday season. He has performed in four “and a half” NCT productions including "On the Town" (Judge Pitkin Bridgework), "Elf: the Musical" (Walter Hobbs), "Clue" (Colonel Mustard), "A Christmas Carol" (Ebeneezer Scrooge), and the pandemic-interrupted "42nd Street" (Julian Marsh)—the “half” show! Other recent roles this past year include The D’Ysquith Family/Man 3 ("A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder") and Merlin ("A Sword in the Stone") with Heights Players, and Detective Dulmirth ("Grave Reviews") in the New York Theater Festival directed by Chris Carver. Stage Manager
Joanne CentenoJoanne is ecstatic to be back at NCT stage managing once again! This past summer she made her directorial debut as the director for NCT first Young Adult production of "Carrie"! Her past assistant director credits include "Music Man" at NCT and "Matilda" at Fontbonne Hall Academy. She was also NCT’s stage manager for the 2023 show season! She is currently a Senior at St. John’s University, where she is studying Speech Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Music. She cantors University mass and is an active member of the St. John’s Chappell Players Theater Group. Joanne would like to thank Chris, Josh, Raj, Dayle, and the NCT board for this opportunity.
