The Sound of Music-Youth Edition Cast

Wow! I’m so thankful to be here. I could have not done this without my parents or without the willingness of the musical directors. Thank you for this awesome opportunity 🙂

Musical is such a great experience for me! I would like to say that the directors are the most to be thankful for. They put together everything including practices, auditions, performances and everything else! I am so thankful for the experience of being Junior Director. I love the musical.

I'd like to thank my parents for supporting me and my theatrical dreams. The musicals have meant a lot to me throughout the years. They have given me something to be passionate about, and a dream for my future.

I am thankful for the teachers; they have taught me everything. I have really enjoyed being in the musical this year!

Dear Musical Teachers, Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this show in my 8th grade year as one of my dream roles. Help and learning here in this community has been magnificent and super amazing. I have always wanted to do this show, and I finally am having my dreams fulfilled! Thanks again!

1. I suppose I should thank my mother, Mrs. Heatley. She got me singing, she raised me to be a singer, and she sacrifices her time to drive me everywhere. [<3 U Mum] 2. My musical experience has been mostly enjoyable throughout my 5 years of doing this. It's nice to be a part of it. Memorizing lines is hard though.

This musical means a lot to me because it shows how far I have come. I started last year and now I am an understudy. I am thankful because they have given me the courage and a chance to be a part of this musical. Thank you! I also want to thank all of the staff who are helping us develop this musical.

Thank you all so much for helping me have a safe environment to be creative in my acting and overall a great community! Thank you all for everything you do!

I'd like to thank you for giving us this opportunity for the musical again. Thank you teachers for putting your time and effort and making this happen.

One person that I'm thankful for is Mrs. Heatley because she has been so helpful. She has taught us so much music and I am so grateful.

I am thankful for my teacher Mrs. Heatley. I can always count on her to find things out and do her best. I love that she cares about my health and not just learning. I also love how she treats us like her family.

The musical is amazing because we have an amazing cast and directors and I am so thankful for all the care they have put into this show. I hope for more great years to come for this school.

I like all the singing and dancing we get to do. I also like how nice everyone is.

I want to thank my moms. I love them so much. I also want to thank my little brother, Cyrus. He is my biggest fan, and one of my favorite people ever. I also want to thank my friends, they are the best. Also thank you musical team.

Dear Musical Team, thank you for making this musical possible. Thank you for the amazing opportunity. Thank you to my biggest fan, my sister Mia.

I love musical. It kind of feels like a huge family and the feeling of being on stage feels too good to be explained. It's wonderful.

One person I am thankful for is my mom. She made the costumes for the play. The 2nd person I am thankful for is the student director. They help with a lot of stuff.

I like my experience with the choreography because I really like acting so thank you Ms. Yellen, Ms. Heatley, and Ms. Lara.

Thank you for letting us be in the play Mrs. Heatley. You are a very good teacher.

I'm very grateful for all the relationships I made and the ability to grow in my singing and acting. I'm also glad I got Junior Director to also grow in my leadership skills. I'm very grateful for all the effort that Ms. Lara and Mrs. Heatley gave into this musical to make it great. And of course, I'm so thankful to be a part of the Sound of Music Youth Edition musical.

Thank you so much to the volunteers, staff, and stage crew for helping contribute to our musical production. Another thank you to Mrs. Lara and Mrs. Heatley for helping.

I'd like to thank my family for supporting me and my friends I've made throughout the musical. I'd like to thank everyone who made this experience possible and the teachers for giving me this opportunity; plus making this all possible. It means so much for me to spend my last year at Legacy being a part of something great.

Thank you for allowing me to enter this show. I’m grateful for life and my family. And I am here because I wanted to try something new.

Hi Mommy and Daddy. Thank you for coming to my performance! I enjoyed being a lead character this year, and having many different lines to learn. I can't wait to see what the next musical will be like in high school. Thank you for helping me audition and get my role.

One thing I am thankful for is having a part in the musical. Another thing I’m grateful for is my friends who support me. My last thank you is to the stage crew who helped all this be organized and well taken care of.

Thank you musical teachers for letting me experience the musical for my last year here. What the musical experience means to me is it is fun and I am glad you let me be here.

One person I am thankful for is Mrs. Heatley because of how much effort she puts into the musical. I am grateful for the fact that this musical is helping me with acting, self-confidence and consideration and focus.

I love musical. It's so fun and inspires me. Musical brings me joy, happiness, and I love the cast and my friends are very helpful.

I am part of the ensemble and I would like to thank my fellow peers for being so supportive. I would also like to thank Mrs. Heatley, Ms. Lara, and Mrs. Yellen.

I am thankful for Mrs. Heatley and Ms. Lara for having patience for all of us. I am also thankful for all of my friends here who support me.

Thank you, Liana, for always making musical fun and make it worth going to. If it wasn't for you, I don't think I would've made it this far into the musical. TBH, I felt like quitting as soon as I came. Arigato.

The musical, I love it. Thank you Mrs. Heatley and Ms. Lara and everyone else.

Thank you for letting me join this play. I am also grateful that you let me be the understudy for the goat and ensemble. I’ve done some mistakes, but thank you for letting me stay all the way up to this Saturday!

Thank you to the directors for giving me a spot in this play because I have made great friendships and wonderful memories because of you.

I am thankful for the musical because it taught me how to sing and warm up correctly. I am also thankful for the musical because it taught me to be more social and talk to people more confidently.

To Ms. Newton. Thank you for helping us with costumes and being really nice. Thank you again Ms. Newton.

One person I'm thankful for is Mrs. Newton because of her hard work measuring and making our costumes. Mrs. Newton is very kind to all of us and I'm grateful she is helping with our school musicals. I am also thankful to our ASL teacher.

I’m thankful for my experience in the musical and how everyone has helped. I’m also glad I get to work with my friends.

I like that we can use our singing voices to sing songs for the play. I also like that we can wear costumes.

Thank you stage crew for making props and helping with cues. Thank you actors for carrying the play. Thank you teachers (Mrs. Craig and Mrs. Heatley) for letting us do this this year!

I am grateful for getting a chance to join the musical and the teachers for teaching me.

I am thankful that I am in the musical.

Who I would like to thank would be Ezra and Henry who mean a lot to me.
