Peter and the Starcatcher is a Tony Award-winning play by Rick Elice, based on the novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, that serves as a prequel to J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan. The play follows a young orphan boy, who always just ‘’wants to be a boy for a while'' and a starcatcher-in-training named Molly as they embark on a fantastical adventure involving mermaids and magical "starstuff" against the infamous pirate, Black Stache. In FSK's upcoming fall production, we can't wait to take you on a classical journey through storytime theatre aboard the Neverland and the Wasp, on a swashbuckling adventure with witty dialogue and heartfelt themes of friendship, duty, and growing up.
