All sales are final. No refunds allowed.
Tickets may be exchanged up until 4:00 PM the day before the scheduled performance. Exchanges must be made by phone only and are subject to availability for another in-person performance. Online exchanges are not available. To request an exchange, please call the Box Office at 804-362-2950 and have your tickets or order number ready. If you are unable to attend and do not want to exchange your tickets, you may release them back to the Chamberlayne Actors Theatre as a tax-deductible donation at any time. Refunds will only be offered in the event of a show cancellation.
