Ticket Exchange & Donation Policy Tickets may be exchanged up until 4:00 PM the day before the scheduled performance. Exchanges must be made by phone only and are subject to availability for another in-person performance. Online exchanges are not available. To request an exchange, please call the Box Office at 804-362-2950 and have your tickets or order number ready. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to exchange your tickets, you may release them back to the theatre as a tax-deductible donation up to one hour before curtain. Donations must also be made by phone, and you must provide your tickets or order number at the time of the call. No refunds will be issued unless the performance is canceled.
