Amy Berlin (Alice)
Amy spent many, many happy days at CAT and she is thrilled to be back for this new CAT era. Previous CAT roles include Sara in Lucky Me, Olive in The Odd Couple (female version), and June in Home Fires. At CAT, she also directed The Wild Women of Winedale; Don't Cry for Me, Margaret Mitchell; and Leaving Iowa. Other recent roles: title role in Miss Witherspoon (Brightpoint/Wishing Wind Creations), Monette in Always a Bridesmaid (Swift Creek), and Victoria in Creating Claire (HATTheatre). Amy also performs with and directs Old School Improv, a by seniors/for seniors improv troupe. Love to Sue... got your back.
Scott Garka (Bill Sr.)
Scott is delighted to return to CAT to tell this story with old and new friends. Other CAT roles include Enchanted April (Frederick/Florian), Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure (Larrabee), and two Red Eye One Act festivals. Some other favorite roles include The Outsider (Ned Newley), The Senator’s Wife (Drew), and Oklahoma! (Ike) at HTC as well as Mamma Mia! (Ensemble/Fr. Alexandrios) at Homefront Players. Scott also sings with the Richmond Men’s Chorus. Scott is grateful to our whole ensemble, on stage and off, for the opportunity to bring this show to life together. Austen Linder (Billy)
Austen is excited to be making his debut with CAT theater alongside a wonderful cast and crew. He started performing on stage in 2023 with VA rep’s War in Pieces presentation, and is thankful to his friends, family, and mentors for supporting his endeavors. He hopes you enjoy the show.
Michelle Lachapelle (Jane)
Michelle is thrilled to be making her debut with CAT in Clever Little Lies. She has loved working with this incredibly talented cast and crew. She most recently lent her voice to a few characters in an on-stage live radio production, A Hearthside Holiday (OTARP). Off stage, she uses her voice as a yoga teacher and mom to one. Michelle would like to thank her HATTheatre community for their inspiration, and her family for their continued support.
