Broadway on Bankhead is led by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Jason and Senitra Heath, whose shared passion for youth and the performing arts powers every production. Jason, a degreed music educator and accomplished band director, serves as our Artistic Director; casting, directing, and guiding the creative vision from auditions to final curtain call. Behind the scenes, Senitra serves as our Executive Director, managing everything from administration and logistics to community partnerships and program development. Every costume, call time, rehearsal, and registration is touched by her heart and hustle. Together, with a team of dedicated and creative youth, they’ve built Broadway on Bankhead to be more than just a theater—it's a movement. One that champions excellence, empowers young people, and brings bold, meaningful storytelling to the Atlanta stage.

Donovan Hurt is a senior at Georgia State University majoring in Film. With a background in acting and a strong interest in storytelling, he brings both on-camera and behind-the-scenes experience to his work. Donovan is currently interning with Broadway on Bankhead for the spring semester, where he is continuing to grow his skills in film, media, and creative production.

Ramla Hassan is a junior at Georgia State University majoring in Marketing with a strong passion for media and creative storytelling. She is eager to combine strategic thinking with content creation and is excited to expand her hands-on experience through her internship with Broadway on Bankhead.
