Marianna Hernandez (Sophie)
Marianna Hernandez is so overjoyed and exhilarated to be playing the part of Sophie Sheridan in “Mamma Mia!” Marianna is a junior at Bishop Kenny High School and has been sharing her love for theater since her freshman year. In her free time, Marianna loves to sing, play games, and spend time with her friends and family. Marianna would like to thank Ms. Wilks, Mr. Dawson, and Emily Rrukaj for giving her this amazing opportunity and for putting in so much effort into the production. Marianna would also like to dedicate this performance to her older siblings and her friends! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Mary Clare Stinneford (Donna )
Mary Clare is so thankful to be performing as Donna in Mamma Mia. She is a senior, and this is her sixth show at Bishop Kenny. You might remember her as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz (2022) or Alice in the Addams Family (2021)! When Mary Clare isn’t on the stage, she is playing violin, running cross country, or spending time with friends and family. Mary Clare is excited to perform with the incredible cast and crew of Mamma Mia for her last musical at Bishop Kenny. She would like to thank everyone whose time and effort made this show possible! She would especially like to thank her family, who always believed in her. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Victoria Anderson (Rosie )
Victoria Anderson is very excited to be a a part of Bishop Kenny’s production of “Mamma Mia“. She is a Junior here at Bishop Kenny, and has an extreme passion for theatre. In the fall 2023 production of “Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium”, Victoria played “Brooke Rodgers”. In her free time, she loves to go to the beach, the gym, and listening to music—of course singing along too! She thanks Ms. Wilks and Emily Rrukaj for giving her an amazing opportunity, and is excited to continue being in future shows! She also hopes you enjoy your time watching “Mamma Mia”!
Jacob Valenzuela (Sam)
Jacob Valenzuela, a sophomore, is a bit new to BK Theatre, but no stranger to the world of ABBA’s music. He is ecstatic to play Sam Carmichael and wishes luck to all the cast. He wishes to thank his family, the creative team, and everyone who told him to do theatre. Jacob hopes you “feel the beat from the tambourine” and enjoy the show.
Giovanna Bettega Feitoza  (Tanya )
Giovanna is a senior at Bishop Kenny, and Mamma Mia is her fifth and final show at BK. You may remember her as Wednesday in “The Addams Family” (2021) or Glinda in “The Wizard of Oz” (2022)! Outside of theater, Giovanna is involved in the NHS, a part of the Varsity Brain Brawl Team, and is the reigning Miss Bishop Kenny. She would like to thank her friends and family for always supporting her love for theater and the arts, as well as Ms.Wilks and Mr.Dawson. She’d also like to thank her castmates for never failing to make her smile in rehearsals and for being the best company to have after school for the past three years. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Brandon Bowles  (Harry )
Brandon is thrilled to be able to play the role of Harry Bright in Mamma Mia! He is a senior, and this is his fifth show he will be performing in. Brandon is so excited and thankful to be able to perform with an incredible cast and crew for his last musical at Bishop Kenny. When he isn’t acting, he enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends, and most of all, TikTok. He wants to thank Ms. Wilks and Mr. Dawson for all their hard work and dedication, as well as the student director, Emily Rrukaj. He dedicates his performance to Ms. Wilks, his friends, family, cast and crew, and some of his favorite teachers (you know who you are). Enjoy the show!
Wahib Alfarah (Sky)
Wahib plays the role of Sky in the Mamma Mia Musical. He plans to spend his time at BK honing his acting skills, among other things. He has always enjoyed theater since a young age and plans to do it in the future. Wahib strives to do his very best in every performance, even if he has to get out of his comfort zone. He promises himself that he will never lose his love for theater, and he will always remember the moments he’s spent in all of his shows.
Jackson Dew  (Bill)
Jackson is a junior at Bishop Kenny and is excited to play Bill for you in Mamma Mia! He would like to thank Ms. Wilks, Mr. Dawson, Mr. Jenkins, and our student director, Emily, for everything they have done. Some of his past roles have been Uncle Henry in The Wizard of Oz and Emile in Goosebumps. In his free time, he plays in the school band, exercises, and plays games with friends. He would like to thank his family and friends, and he hopes everyone enjoys the play.
Jacquelyn Jones (Lisa )
Jacquelyn Jones is excited to be in BKHS Theatre’s production of “Mamma Mia." She will be playing Lisa, Sophie’s friend and bridesmaid. This will be her fifth performance at Bishop Kenny, her favorite being Tina in Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium. Jackie would like to thank Ms. Wilks, Mr. Dawson, Mr. Jenkins, Ms. Christa, Veronica Pinate, Emma Conway, and Emily Rrukaj for all their hard work and for the reason the show is happening. Finally, she hopes that everyone will groove out and enjoy the show! 
Siena Bakkar (Pepper)
Siena is thrilled to be playing the character of “Pepper” in Mamma Mia. She is a junior at Bishop Kenny and is performing at her third show. In the fall musical "Goosebumps,” she played the fearful character of Cami. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends, create art, and play with her cat, Marceline. Siena is so happy to have found theater and is so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful production!
Erica Schmitt (Donna - Understudy )
Erica Schmitt couldn’t have asked for a better finale! As a senior, she has participated in all eight seasonal shows and a few Christmas specials since the beginning of her freshman year. Whether backstage managing costumes or on stage dancing her heart out, she always strives to show her love and respect for the department, the cast, and the crew. She has been so blessed to see how BK Theatre has grown over the years and looks forward to its promising future. She would like to thank all of her castmates (both past and present) for sharing her love of theater. As well as Stage Manager Veronica Pinate, Student Director Emily Rrukaj, Mr. Jenkins, Mr. Dawson, and Ms. Wilks for everything. She hopes to leave behind a legacy worthy of the Carla Harris Performing Arts Center and its future thespians. Sophia Carman (Ali)
Sophia Carman is so grateful to be participating in this year’s production of “Mamma Mia”! She will be making her way on stage as Ali for this show. This will be Sophia’s fifth performance at Bishop Kenny; her previous roles include Brian Colson in “Goosebumps: Phantom of the Auditorium” and 7 of Spades in “Alice in Wonderland." During her free time, Sophia enjoys reading, playing the drums, writing, and practicing her acting and singing. She wants to thank Ms. Wilks, Mr. Dawson, Mr. Jenkins, Emily, and Veronica for all their hard work throughout the making of the show. Sophia hopes that you enjoy the show! 
Matthew Suhr  (Eddie )
Matthew Suhr is a junior at BKHS. He is playing Eddie, and this is his first role in a high school theater production. He is involved in other school activities, such as Brain Brawl and Interact Club. He is also invested in the academic side of school, currently taking three AP courses and looking to take more during his senior year. He has lately been getting more invested in the arts, such as taking piano this year for the first time, and he is hoping that theater will be the next step. He would like to thank his family, specifically his mother, for cultivating his artistic side, his friends for urging him to step out of his comfort zone, and Ms. Wilks for allowing him this great opportunity.
Gabrielle Gibson (Tanya - Understudy )
With a versatile repertoire ranging from Mrs. Hannigan in "Annie" to the Wizard in "The Wizard of Oz," Gabriella is thrilled to take on the role of Tanya understudy in "Mamma Mia!" Bringing a wealth of experience and talent to the stage, she is ready to captivate audiences with her dynamic performances and unique interpretations of beloved characters. She would like to give a big thank you to her grandmother, who was a ballerina, for encouraging her into the acting world. She would also like to give a big thanks to all the talented cast and crew who dedicated their time.
Melanie Staples  (Ali - understudy )
Melanie Staples is thrilled to be in Bishop Kenny’s production of Mamma Mia. Melanie is a senior and is proud to have been a part of five other productions here, including choreographing Goosebumps. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano and learning dances. Melanie has greatly enjoyed her time as a part of this theater troupe and has made many memories that will stay with her for a long time. She would like to thank Ms. Wilks and Mr. Jenkins for all of their continued support and contributions, as well as all of the friends she has made. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Hannah Riederer (Lisa - Understudy)
Hannah is enjoying her fourth show at Bishop Kenny, and she has performed in previous shows at St. Joseph’s School and FSCJ’s Summer Musical! In her free time, she enjoys singing, playing the piano, and learning any new instrument. Hannah has had so much fun at rehearsals, singing tons of ABBA songs with the cast! She would like to thank the cast, crew, and Mrs. Wilks for all of their hard work. She would especially like to thank her amazing family! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Martin Saldajeno (Harry - understudy )
Martin Saldajeno is a sophomore at Bishop Kenny High School. This is his second production in theater, having previously played the role of Corey in Goosebumps:Phantom of the Auditorium. He would like to thank his friends, family, and the Bishop Kenny Theatre Department teachers for supporting him and helping to create this opportunity. He hopes that you all enjoy the show!
Sydney McDaniel (Eddie - understudy )
After programming lighting for five shows and directing the fall production, Sydney is thrilled to finally be on stage for her last production. She has a large passion for theater and singing and cannot wait to perform for you all. She would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her at Kenny. Carolina Bettega Feitoza (Sophie - understudy)
Carolina is a Freshman at BK, and this is her second show at BK. She has always been interested in the art of musical theater and is excited to be apart of the show. She would like to thank her family, specifically her sister, for supporting her passion of theatre. She would also like to thank Ms. Wilks for the opportunity to participate in the show, and her fellow cast-mates for never failing to make her laugh during rehearsals
Cecilia Adkison (Rosie - understudy)
Cecilia is excited to be in her sixth Bishop Kenny show and is currently a senior. She has been performing since the age of two. Some of my favorite roles include Marta, Sound of Music, and Tzeitel, Fiddler on the Roof. Cecilia enjoys hanging out with friends, singing, and dancing in her spare time. She would like to thank all of her family, friends, and the production team for supporting her participation in theater, and she hopes everyone enjoys the show!
Maxwell Gonzales (Ensemble )
Maxwell Gonzales is a sophmore at Bishop Kenny High School. He’s been in two musicals prior to being in Mamma Mia, most recognizably playing Brian/Phantom in Gossebumps the Musical. In addition to being in theater, he’s an NJROTC cadet and a member of the Spanish Honor Society. He’d like to thank the cast and crew, the production staff, his family, and his friends for the opportunity to perform in Mamma Mia. He hopes everyone will enjoy the show =)
Amina Tamayo (Ensemble )
Amina is ecstatic to be performing in her final show at Bishop Kenny! This is the fourth production she has participated in during high school, and you may have spotted her playing the roles of the Cheshire Cat (Alice in Wonderland), White Queen (Alice in Wonderland), and Mrs. Walker (Goosebumps). Elizabeth Nguyen (Ensemble )
Elizabeth Nguyen is thrilled to be in Bishop Kenny’s production of “Mamma Mia!” This is her fifth performance at Bishop Kenny. She was previously in The Addams Family, The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, and Goosbumps. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, playing piano, and hanging out with her friends. She wants to thank her family and friends for always supporting her, and she hopes that you’ll enjoy the show!!
Emma Austin (Ensemble)
Emma is thrilled to be part of her first production with Bishop Kenny’s Performing Arts program. Endless thank you’s to her friends and family who have pushed her out of her comfort zone, which led to who she is now.
Megan Matthews (Ensemble)
Megan Matthews is a sophomore at Bishop Kenny and is ecstatic to be in the spring production of Mamma Mia! Megan has been in three shows at Bishop Kenny and eight shows in her life. She loves theater; she enjoys and is very passionate about dancing on stage. She hopes you all are just as excited as her for this beautiful showing of Mamma Mia!
Emma Hollen (Little Sophie )
We are delighted to have Emma join our cast as little Sophie. Emma is the daughter of Brian and Carol Hollen.
