Leavenworth High School is a busy and active theater department focusing on character building, variety of experiences, and inclusivity for all. Below is our annual schedule of performances:
NOVICE PLAYS- Early September
A high-fun low stress opportunity for all new students to Leavenworth High School (either as a transfer student, freshman, or someone joining theater for the first time!). Current LV Theater students write their own plays, cast, and direct the incoming theater students providing a mentorship opportunity and time for all students to shine! This production is 100% free for all to attend!
DINING & DYING WITH THE LV EDUCATION FOUNDATION- Early November
A frightening good time with the LV Education Foundation and the Leavenworth High School Repertory Theater students! Be ready to be dined, and die with laughter (or fright!). FALL MUSICAL- Mid November
Our biggest production of the year! Join us for our annual musical that showcases the talent on and off stage at LVHS! This all inclusive cast and crew encompasses over 100 LVHS students! Tickets are available online through this website (click BUY TICKETS above). Our musical performances are Friday night at 6:30 PM, Saturday night at 6:30 PM, and a Sunday Matinee at 3:00 PM.
THEATER FOR EVERYONE VARIETY SHOW- Late March/Early April
LV Reparatory Theater in partnership with LV Life-Skill students present a 100% original variety show! This night will highlight Drama Therapy skills, Comedy, Dancing, Singing, and an overall wonderful night for all of our LV Stars! This night highlights that theater is for everyone, so join us for this amazing event!
SENIOR SHOW- Late April/Early May
Highlighting our Senior Thespians, the senior show presents our final bows of our graduating cast and crew. Tickets are available online through this website (click BUY TICKETS above). Our Senior Show performances are Friday night at 6:30 PM, Saturday night at 6:30 PM, and a Sunday Matinee at 3:00 PM.
