There will be a story time and family friendly activities in the morning from and an adult only performance in the evening. All events will feature entertainers from the drag troupe, Boylesque Drag! Based on the beloved Disney animated film, and featuring a jazzy, upbeat score, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns.

In the heart of Paris, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess, her high-society cat, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper. Now it's up to the rough-and-tumble alley cat, Thomas O'Malley, and his band of swingin' jazz cats to save the day.

Disney's The Aristocats KIDS features plenty of exuberant group numbers and a cast that can be expanded by adding additional alley cats to the chorus.

Nina Innsted is a Farmington Hills resident and the author of Unsolved Michigan. An award-winning podcast host/producer, she is best known for her work on the Already Gone Podcast. Nina is the outreach coordinator for the Missing in Michigan organization and a credentialed victim’s advocate.

James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim take everyone's favorite storybook characters and bring them together for a timeless, yet relevant, piece... and a rare modern classic. The Tony Award-winning book and score are both enchanting and touching.

The story follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King's Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone's wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results.

One of Sondheim's most popular works, Into the Woods is a musically sophisticated show with the opportunity to feature actors adept at dark comedy. Designers will especially enjoy highlighting the fantastical elements of this magical word.

Tenor Brady DelVecchio invites audiences to the table for an evening where music, and memory intertwine. Inspired by his Italian heritage and a family secret, this recital blends beloved Italian songs, operatic favorites, and American classics into a heartfelt exploration of family, culture, and Italian history. Through stories of Sunday dinners, family secrets, and the immigrant journey from Italy to the American Midwest, Brady serves up a performance that is both deeply personal and warmly familiar—proving that music, like pasta, is best when shared.

Xiao Dong Wei, Master of the Erhu, and Steinway Artist, Yuki Mack, return to the Hawk Black Box for a concert celebrating Lunar New Year. At the age of 11, Xiao Dong Wei was accepted into the prestigious Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing where she earned her degree. A Kresge Artist Fellow, University of Michigan lecturer, have worked as a guest soloist for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Fort Wayne Philharmonic etc. , Xiao Dong Wei has travelled the world sharing her profound musical talent. Yuki Mack has performed throughout the United States and three continents. Yuki’s performances include a broad range of piano works including chamber music and as a soloist with many orchestras. The Lunar New Year Celebration will also include a performance from a Chinese Children's Choir as well as family-friendly crafts, educational presentations, and cultural exploration. Your ticket price includes admission to both the concert and the day’s activities.

A journey through the 1930s-60s of classics, standards and showtunes featuring vocalist Jill Jack from the likes of Henry Mancini, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington and Rogers & Hart. Featuring My Funny Valentine, Send in the Clowns, I Got Rhythm, Moon River, Fly me to the Moon, and more. Jill Jack, a Michigan native, has toured the globe performing to sold-out audiences and opening for prominent American icons such as Bob Seger, John Waite, Emmy Lou Harris, Shawn Colvin, Dan Fogelberg, Marshall Crenshaw, Chris Isaak and the late Loretta Lynn.

The Music Man KIDS is family entertainment at its best — a bold, brassy show that will have the whole town atwitter!

Master showman Harold Hill is in town and he’s got “seventy-six trombones” in tow. Can upright, uptight Marian, the town librarian, resist his powerful allure? The story follows fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band he vows to organize. The catch? He doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, whose belief in Harold’s power just might help him succeed in the end in spite of himself.

The Hawk Theatre presents an intimate evening in our Blackbox Theatre for its first “Piano Bar Night,” with an open seating and low-light evening, featuring nation-renowned artist, musician, and pianist, Barry Chambliss.
