About Webster University Dance Ensemble (WUDE)
Webster University Dance Ensemble (WUDE) will present its 2026 Concert May 1–3 on the Browning Mainstage of the Loretto-Hilton Center on Webster University’s campus. The concert showcases an exciting array of dance styles, including contemporary ballet, modern, aerial dance, and Indian dance.
This year, the Department of Dance welcomes Kirven Douthit-Boyd, artistic director of St. Louis Dance Theatre, as the guest artist. He has created an original choreography for the ensemble. Donnie Duncan Jr. (BFA ’17) returns to Webster Dance as this year’s alumni guest artist. He joins faculty choreographers Monica Newsam, Beckah Reed, Megha Sanjay, and Michael Uthoff in creating original works for the 2026 concert.
