John S. Davies (Mark Rothko)
John S. Davies’ (Mark Rothko) 30-year career as an actor encompasses films (RoboCop; Magnolia, etc.); television (Prison Break; Friday Night Lights, etc.) and more than 80 appearances on stages all over the DFW Metroplex. He has directed for, among others, Shakespeare Dallas and Circle Theater Ft. Worth and now the WLAC, where he directed and played the Stage Manager in Our Town, followed by directing 2023’s The Miracle Worker. He also taught acting for more than 30 years, principally for KD Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Dallas.
Ethan Binder (Ken)
Ethan Binder (Ken 8/14 & 8/16) has appeared in a number of productions at Theatre Rocks! (including 12 Angry Men and Mojave) in Ennis, and aspires to appear in many more shows both there and elsewhere. He made his WLAC debut in one of his personal favorite show’s The Play That Goes Wrong, and is excited to make his Fator stage debut in RED. This is his first time in a leading role as an adult, and, of course, his first time in a two-man show. He hopes to continue pursuing a career in film direction and acting. Ethan received the Director’s Award at Theatre Rocks! last month.
Christian Cuellar (Ken)
Christian Cuellar (Ken 8/15 & 8/17) is a self-proclaimed artist, musician, actor and writer. He is nineteen years old and has been a part of theatre since 2016. This is his third show at the Warehouse Living Arts Center and his first ever two-man production. Christian plans to attend the University of North Texas in the fall of 2025 to obtain a degree in Media Arts. he is incredibly excited to have a role in RED and improve himself as both an actor and an artist.
