Dave Gulstrand (Minstrel)Dave is having a wonderful time in his first show with UTC. His prior theatrical experiences include an acting class at Normandale Community College and appearing in a few high school productions. Dave has loved the welcoming and supportive community he has found at UTC!
Timm Holmly (Shadow Partner to Minstrel)Timm is thrilled to be returning to the Unlabeled Theatre stage! Timm was Shadow Partner to Gomez in last spring’s production of THE ADDAMS FAMILY. Timm has been performing professionally for 40+ years, and working with UNLABELED is one of the true joys in his career. He has worked with the Seasons Dinner Theatre for 23 years and has sung jazz and cabaret in different venues around the Cities. An accomplished musician, Timm has sung commercial jingles and has recorded two solo albums and is currently working on a new holiday album. “Unlabeled Theatre is such a gift, not only to me, but to the Twin Cities! I’m so honored and humbled to be working with these amazing Artists! They’re all fearless! I have so much respect and love for them all!”
Andrew Goldblatt (Prince Dauntless)This show marks Andrew's fifth show with Unlabeled. Previously, he appeared as Old Man Jenkins/Narrator in SPONGEBOB and as Franz in ROCK OF AGES, Gomez in THE ADDAMS FAMILY, and in SOMETHING ROTTEN. Andrew is an Edina High School graduate, and finished his second year of transition at Tassel in Eden Prairie. He participates in Project Search at Fairview Southdale Hospital. Andrew has always enjoyed acting, singing, and dancing. He was mentored by Nancy and Aaron at Gigi’s Playhouse where he had roles in ten productions over the years. He joined the novel Theatre For All program at Edina, a perfect place to continue growing by sharing roles such as the Scarecrow in THE WIZARD OF OZ, Olaf in FROZEN and Carlos in THE DESCENDANTS. He is honored and excited to once again perform with the community at Unlabeled Theatre Company.
Ethan Fogel (Shadow Partner to Prince Dauntless)Ethan Fogel is delighted to be participating in his second show with Unlabeled Theater Company. He received a theatre BA from the UMN Twin Cities and has been acting since he was a young lad. He works as a support tech for Irrigreen and enjoys playing videogames or singing at karaoke in his free time. Ethan’s favorite part about Unlabeled is the room that is given for creativity and collaboration between him, his castmates, and his hilarious artistic partner Andrew.
Maeve Linkert (Queen)Maeve Linkert is excited to be performing in her second Unlabeled production! Previously she appeared as Morticia in THE ADDAMS FAMILY. Her past theatrical experiences in both school and community theatre productions were mostly in the ensemble, but she had small featured roles in Westonka Community Theatre’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST playing the Laundry Lady, and Salt Shaker during the enchanted scenes. Her favorite musicals to be in are THE MUSIC MAN, CINDERELLA and MARY POPPINS. Maeve attends the Westonka T Plus program and enjoys volunteering at the Public Library and Food Shelf. Maeve thanks her family and special friends Bailey and Annika for their help and support. Maeve is very glad to have met so many new friends and work together with them to bring ONCE UPON A MATTRESS to you all. Enjoy!
Kris Ecklund (Shadow Partner to Queen)This is Kristen Eklund’s first show with UTC. And, it’s everything she could have hoped! She has performed in musical theater in the Twin Cities for the last 20 years. She considers Ashland Productions her theater home and has worked backstage, administration, prop and costume creation, along with performing. Unlabeled is such an amazing and rewarding company. I love the team attitude. Everyone is here to help everyone else make it a special experience for cast and audience alike.
Geordy Levin (Wizard)Geordy Levin is thrilled to be returning to UTC after having appeared as Brother Jeremiah in SOMETHING ROTTEN. He has always loved performing ever since he was a small child, appearing in school shows at Ramsey IFAC, the St. Paul JCC, and even in the Blank Slate Theater’s very special production of AUTISTIC LICENSE where he played himself in a role based on his life story. He attends Partnership Resources Inc. in Minneapolis where he acted in their short film “Boy Band in a Haunted Hotel.”
Ross Young (Shadow Partner to Wizard)Ross Young is excited to make his Unlabeled Theatre debut in ONCE UPON A MATTRESS. Ross is a retired schoolteacher and has appeared at many Twin Cities theatre venues over the years, including twenty years and counting in The St. Paul Hotel's annual "It's a Wonderful Life" radio play. After this show, Ross heads up to The Paul Bunyan Playhouse to play Pastor Gunderson in CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES in July. Through his theatrical pursuits over the years, Ross has met and performed with Geordy Levin’s parents, and is delighted to perform now with their talented son.
Rachel Moquist (Lady Larkin)This is Rachel's fifth production with Unlabeled Theatre. Previously she appeared as Gingy in SHREK, Regina in ROCK OF AGES , sardine/electric skate in THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL, and as Wednesday in THE ADDAMS FAMILY. Before beginning at Unlabeled, Rachel performed in Edina High School’s Theatre For All productions as Mrs. Potts in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and as Donkey in SHREK. Rachel works as a Culinary Server at Friendship Village in Bloomington. She is thrilled that Unlabeled Theatre exists and wants to thank this wonderful company who create an amazing community together!
Natalie McComas (Shadow Partner to Lady Larkin)Natalie McComas is a prominent music director and accompanist in the Twin Cities, but has worked regionally in New York, Kansas, New Hampshire, and North Dakota. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Musical Theater portion of International Music Camp and further south, she music directs in Guatemala. She currently teaches at St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists. Previously, Natalie served as vocal director for UTC's productions of SOMETHING ROTTEN and SPONGEBOB. For Nancy and Marie Noel.
Mason Green (Sir Harry)Mason Green is pleased to be making his fifth appearance with Unlabeled Theatre Company. Previously he performed the role of Plankton in SPONGEBOB and Drew in ROCK OF AGES, Nigel in SOMETHING ROTTEN. as well as Mal in THE ADDAMS FAMILY. He is a customer service associate at Walgreens. Mason has two associate’s degrees in Liberal Arts and Nanoscience Technology. In his spare time, he writes and records music, and enjoys competing in Special Olympics athletics events. In 2004, he placed 16th in the Scripps National Spelling Bee, leading to a cameo in the movie Akeelah and the Bee. As a result, he has a Kevin Bacon number of 2. Mason is grateful to his parents for providing him transportation to and from rehearsals.
Adam Arnold (Shadow Partner to Sir Harry)Adam is thrilled to be joining the radical world of Unlabeled! Onstage credits include Paul Bunyan Playhouse, Gilbert & Sullivan Very Light Opera Company, Minneapolis Musical Theater, The Phipps, Artistry, College Light Opera Company, and Chanhassen Dinner Theaters. Enamored by the connections between theater and mental health, Adam founded blank slate theatre where he collaborated with adolescents (all of whom are somehow now adults) to produce over two dozen pieces centering on themes of mental health and social change, including DISORDERED [thy name is teenager], BOTTOM, a play on child sex trafficking, and Stacey Dinner Levin’s AUTISTIC LICENSE. A self-avowed princess, Adam is always happy to be immersing himself into fairytales.
Tiffany Graff (Winnifred)Tiffany is an aspiring actress and voice actor. This is her second show with Unlabeled. Previously she appeared as Portia in SOMETHING ROTTEN. She’s always loved theater but felt it wasn’t really inclusive until she found out about Unlabeled. She hopes to build lifelong friendships and become a part of a community. Tiffany attended Augsburg University for Sociology and a minor in film. She loves all types of animals, especially her three chihuahuas. She loves baked goods, movies and learning new things.
Emma Steincross (Shadow Partner to Winnifred)Emma is thrilled to be a shadow partner for the second time with Unlabeled! She loved her first shadow partner experience with SOMETHING ROTTEN & the new ways it helped her think about theater & performing. Partnering with Tiffany on the role of Fred is a dream filled with snark & laughter. Favorite past roles of Emma’s include Swing/Ensemble in GOOSED & Charlotte in CINDERELLA. Outside of her Admissions job at Normandale Community College, she likes naps & drinking Dr. Pepper.
Rachel Espinosa (Lady In Waiting/Princess #12)Rachel is excited to be part of another show at Unlabeled Theatre. Past performances with UTC include: SHREK, SPONGEBOB, and THE ADDAMS FAMILY. Her favorite part of UTC is the people. She says: "The cast and directors are so much fun and my shadow partner is really kind and helpful." Rachel enjoys, music, movies, her dogs and baking for her family business.
Amy Emerson (Shadow Partner to Lady In Waiting/Princess #12)ONCE UPON A MATTRESS is Amy’s first production with Unlabeled. She began in theatre touring with Homeward Bound Theatre Company as a teenager. Most recently, she played Goran the Spy in CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG with Premiere Theatre Group. Amy is a specialized coffee trainer and created Tesifa Coffee to bring training and consulting to cafes that impact their communities in positive ways. She loves being the shadow partner for Rachel E. They have built a friendship with shared humor and joy over the music of this production, making theatre about community.
Ella Stewart (Lady In Waiting)Ella is so happy to perform in her sixth production with Unlabeled Theatre Company. She previously appeared as Dragon and the Witch in their production of SHREK, as Justice in ROCK OF AGES and as Pearl in THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL. Ella has had a love for performing from a very early age, but has had a difficult time finding her place in previous theater experiences. Since moving from Northern California to Minnesota in 2018, Ella has found a welcoming community of supportive and genuinely kind people in the Twin Cities. Ella will forever be grateful to her friends at MNprov for encouraging her to do theater and audition in 2023 for Unlabeled Theatre Company's first production. Unlabeled Theatre has become a second family for Ella and she cannot imagine her life without it.
Aly Madden (Shadow Partner to Lady In Waiting)Aly is very honored to be working as a shadow partner with her daughter Ella. This will be Aly's fifth production with Unlabeled Theatre Company. She previously worked as a shadow partner in their productions of SHREK and THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL. Aly loves to be a part of such an inclusive theater company where everyone feels welcomed. Before Unlabeled Theatre, Aly had little theater experience and always felt too shy or embarrassed to try acting, but shadowing an artist has given her confidence and she cannot believe how much fun she has every week performing with the cast. Since retiring as a pharmacy technician, Aly had felt like she had few hobbies or interests, but she has now found a love for theater and is grateful for all the friends she has made there.
Gracie Ludke (Knight)Graciela "Gracie" Ludke is happy to be back working in her fourth production with Unlabeled. A graduate of Edina High School, Gracie discovered her artistic voice through the innovative Theatre For All program, created by Ms. Hanson and Ms. Froehlich. Performing the title role in MOANA sparked a profound change in her confidence. Previously with Unlabeled, Gracie appeared in THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL and served as the lighting board operator for THE ADDAMS FAMILY and rehearsal music tech for SOMETHING ROTTEN. Gracie loves the friends she has formed through her involvement with UTC
Kris Paul (Shadow Partner to Knight)Kris is excited to be back making theatre with Unlabeled Theatre Company. She appeared previously as a shadow partner in their productions of SPONGEBOB , THE ADDAMS FAMILY, and SOMETHING ROTTEN. Always a lover of musical theatre, but pursued sports instead. In her past, Kris was an orthopedic physical therapist for 20 years and is currently a pickleball pro at Life Time. She is also a founding mom and board member of GiGi’s Playhouse Twin Cities, an organization that has free programs and promotes awareness of individuals with Down syndrome.
Callie Johnson (Knight)Callie Johnson was born with an AVM, which means she had too many blood vessels in her brain. Her parents were told she would only live 48 hours unless something could be done. Coils were inserted through her leg to break down the clot. This surgery saved her life. Callie has lived through three additional brain surgeries and eye surgeries. Previously, Callie appeared as Sandy in UTC's production of SPONGEBOB. Callie works at Caribou Coffee as a barista and enjoys dance and horseback riding in her spare time. She is glad to be joining UTC again and hopes to have more experiences with them in the future!
Lela Olson (Shadow Partner to Knight)Lela is thrilled to be making her debut with Unlabeled Theatre Company and has found her fellow castmates to be supportive and inspiring! She began acting in elementary school and loves theatre’s ability to tell stories that matter and create powerful shared experiences for audiences and artists alike. Some of Lela’s favorite roles include Susannah in BEDROOM FARCE, Annette in GOD OF CARNAGE, Marilla Cuthbert in ANNE OF GREENE GABLES and Lisa in POPULATION: 485. Away from the stage, Lela works as a special education teacher for the St. Paul Public Schools and teaches students with hearing loss.
Zach Williams (King)This is Zach's fourth show with Unlabeled. Previously, Zach appeared as Patrick in their production of SPONGEBOB, as Fester in THE ADDAMS FAMILY, and as Shakespeare in SOMETHING ROTTEN. Zach also performed in the Theatre For All program at Edina High School in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, as well as in THE WIZARD OF OZ and LION KING at his transitional program in Richfield. He has worked at AMC Movie Theatres for four years and loves the arts, working on film and editing projects with friends. Zach is thrilled to have found this opportunity at UTC and looks forward to performing for you!
