Oh, Buddy
Written by Hal Cosentino

November 12th-December 12th, 2026
“New Guy” returns to his office job after receiving gender affirming care, and is determined to secure the promotion he’s long deserved. He finds himself trapped in an increasingly surreal workplace where his coworkers’ awkward acceptance, forced camaraderie, and gendered power games become harder to navigate than the job itself. As office politics spiral into absurdity—and his monstrous boss proves more literal than metaphorical—the play skewers performative allyship, masculinity, and the maddening rules of belonging with razor-sharp humor and escalating chaos.
