In 1960's Oklahoma, social cliques rule Tulsa. The spoiled rich kids, the “Soc,” are neck and neck with the “Greasers," the town's rascals. Ponyboy Curtis is a young, spirited greaser who lives with his two brothers after their parents passed away. He has a group of wild and clever greaser friends who are practically family to him. However, the war between soc and greaser goes too far one night, which ends in Ponyboy and his best friend Johnny becoming criminals! The aftermath of this is all-out warfare between greasers and socs, with uncertainty and fear erupting throughout Tulsa. “The Outsiders” follows a story about passion, redemption, and sacrifice. 

Thousand Oaks High School's Drama Department is a place where anyone can shine onstage or off. TOHS Drama puts on two main stage productions a year, two Improv shows, a film festival for student films, and a showcase of Theatre III's final performances.
