We will explore punches, slaps, and contact hits while in the round so that the violence can be convincing from all angles and distances. You will also have the opportunity to perform basic choreographed sequences with fellow participants. This is an excellent opportunity to explore introductory skills or looking to build on and refine your skillsets with different styles. 

Please bring water and clothing that you can move in.
