Adaptation/ Matched: A Musical Cast

Zannie Seguin (Chloe)
Zannie is premiering the role of Chloe in Missy Parker's new original musical Matched. Zannie is a parent who is going back to school to pursue a degree. She is also a member of Cardio Spider, an Improv Group that performs original songs, skits and videos exploring the issues of gender, race, relationships, and social justice.
Erick Walck (Dave)
Erick is helping create the role of Dave in our premier production of Matched. He has numerous stage credits including being in two Mel Brooks productions - The Producers and Young Frankenstein. Erick also has been seen in many Film and TV roles as well as commercials.
Dianne Pellaton (Mother / Doris/ Alexa)
Dianne is an actress and costumer. She was in Play On with Speeding Theatre and did the costumes for Fools. She has the unique role of being in both one acts. Dianne has been doing theatre for nearly 30 years. She can be seen again in November in "The Long Weekend" here at Winchester. In addition to theatre, she is a jigsaw puzzle junkie and a voracious reader!
Derek Winn (Games Master)
This is Derek's first show with Speeding Theatre, but he has big plans when the show is over. Derek is excited to join this production as his first role back in front of an audience in many years. Hailing from the Plains of West Texas, the adaptation to Las Vegas has been a wonderful journey. Derek has been featured in stage productions as Colin in The Secret Garden, Ollie Herdman in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” as well as multiple ensemble roles. His television and film appearances include a recurring role on NBC’s “Passions” and Hallmark Channel’s “Holiday in Your Heart.” He’s passionate about being back on stage as well as preparing for an upcoming series shooting in London.
Ken Chapman (Phil Benson)
Ken is a veteran with with Speeding Theatre. Working as a Standardized Patient for his job, he is used to playing different characters. Ken gets to play the contestant in our production of Adaptation. He also has done voice over work for the MGM Grand as well as some local commercials.
Austin Parrales (Irving, Dore, Frat Boy)
Austin plays a variety of roles in Adaptation with Irving being one of his most memorable. Austin dove headfirst into the world of community theatre this year. Notable recent roles include Dee Dee Ramone in Four Chords and a Gun, Sergeant Trotter in The Mousetrap, Jack Merridew in Lord of the Flies, and the Orderly in Abandon. He continues to test his range with The Speeding Theatre, as well as provide for his UNLV artistic community.
Greg Van Cott (Taxi Driver, Mark, Hilton)
Also in his first show with Speeding Theatre, Greg plays multiple roles In Adaptation. An actor, filmmaker, musician and YouTuber (YT channel: FlikerTheatre), he taught acting at Casting Call Entertainment Acting School in the areas of Scene Study, Improvisation, History of Film Acting and Uta Hagen Method. He was recently on stage in performances of Tosca, Sherlock Holmes and the First Baker Street Irregular, The Gathering (in LA), and La Boheme. He is an active convention goer at VidCon, JawsFest, BondFanEvents, NAB and LVL Up Expo. He typically travels for fun with recent visits to Martha's Vineyard, MA, Nassau, The Bahamas, and San Juan, PR. _____________
Justine Kelly Ha (Norma. Jojo, Professor)
This is Justine's first show with Speeding Theatre. She plays multiple roles in Adaptation.Justine is an aspiring - self taught - Singer, Writer, Actor, Fashion Enthusiast., and Artist. She has a four and a half octave range. and a four footlong mane of hair that many believe is a wig. She also hopes that making the world a better place could maybe, hopefully, possibly, even beautifully come true. When off-stage, Justine is a Slytherin, a B-movie buff, a philosopher who forgets about self awareness, a night owl, and a pair of lips that doesn't know ‘shut up’ is a thing.
Destinee Ha (Teacher, Leftist Speaker , Carol)
Destinee plays a variety of characters in Adaptation. This is also her first role with Speeding Theatre.Destinee is an aspiring actress, who likes sheep. Yes, the animal, she counts them in her sleep... She is also obsessed with the pattern of houndstooth on clothes. Some of the roles she plays are the Teacher, Leftist speaker, and Sharon.
Rich Davis (Father , Principal, Doctor)
Rich plays a variety of roles in Adaptation including Father, Conrad Hilton, the Doctor and a CIA agent. He was also recently in Fools and Play On. He is delighted to be in his third Speeding Theatre play. Thanks, Rip!
