And On That Note...

We are so very pleased you decided to embark on a journey down memory lane in this show with us! Ernesto first brought this little gem to our attention when we had to pivot away from doing Same Time Next Year. The show as not available so we began looking for another option that would still be what Ernesto had hoped to direct and low and behold he remembered this play and dug it out. Small cast shows are such a wonderfully intimate experience. It really draws you into the story and keeps you engaged in ways you might not experience in a big theater. This play is intimate, truthful, funny, playful, tender and sweet. All the things we think might be just what's in order these days.

Love doesn't always end just because a relationship does. When Carrie and Paul meet up again, they revisit their younger selves from a time when they were first in love, wondering if there is still something there, something to rekindle? Past loves shape us in ways we don't always recognize either, until we remember our younger selves and what we learned from those first days of being in love. This play is so very touching without being sappy or romanticized. It is simple, truthful and full of all the things we love about the theatre.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!
