The Night Alive Creative

Director
Lauren HirschLauren is thrilled to direct Conor McPherson’s The Night Alive. Her other directing credits include Hoard for Big Idea’s One Act Festival earlier this year, Anniversary and Losing Sight when she was an apprentice at Capital Stage, and Sarah Ruhl’s Dead Man’s Cell Phone for her final project at University of Idaho, from where she graduated with her BFA in Theatre Arts. Her assistant directing credits include The Nether, Shrew, Proof, and Much Ado About Nothing. As an actor in the community, she has most recently been in Chautauqua Playhouse’s Twilight Of The Golds (Suzanne), Happy Hour’s Twelfth Night (Viola), and Resurrection Theatre’s Midsummer Night’s Dream (Helena). She wants to thank her Night Alive ensemble for all their hard work on this project, her family and friends for their support, and Scott for inviting her to be a part of it. It has been an honor!
