Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

We do not allow for refunds but we are happy to exchange your tickets for a different date and time or convert a live stream to in person or vice versa if live stream is offered. Please email: [email protected]

Late Policy

We will attempt to seat you on the back row up to 5 minutes after the show start time. We do not allow ticket holding patrons or walkups to seat themselves after this time as it is too disruptive to the already seated patrons. Thank you for understanding.

We wish to accommodate anyone wanting to attend the show but we may not be able to depending on your specific needs. We respectfully require to be informed of any special needs for a patron at least 3 days prior to the performance they wish to attend so we may have ample time to make arrangements if any are needed.
