Come out to play at the Covellite Theatre on our last day of the 7th Annual Covellite International Film Festival! By showcasing screenplays read live by local talent, we honor storytelling in its purest, most collaborative form: where the written word meets voice, imagination, and community. It’s a chance for screenwriters to hear their work come to life, and for movie lovers to glimpse the heartbeat inside any film: the script. Some screenwriters will be present for Q&A!

We’ll be reading selections from a few scripts live, and selections from all scripts will be available to peruse during the festival on our touchscreen Digital Poster Frames in the Lounge.

We also invite audiences to attend and share feedback on these brand new works before they make their way to the screen. Filmmakers who cannot attend in person will receive a private Zoom link so they can still watch from afar and be part of the experience.
