Lisa Nicole Cane
Lisa, co-founder and owner of TBPAA, brings years of experience to Musical Production and Creation. She has directed over 50 musicals and produces shows for TBPAA’s Encore Teams performances at Disney Springs, Universal’s City Walk, and the Florida State Fair. She won the coveted Freddie G Fellowship for Outstanding Directing at the International Junior Theater Festival, sponsored by MTI, Disney Musicals, and Playbill. She is also an accomplished performer, recording artists and songwriter. She was featured on Maybelline’s National Website for over 18 months and her music is available worldwide on iTunes, Spotify, Pandora and Amazon. She is a BMI songwriter and publisher and has been a member of NARAS (GRAMMY’s) for over 24 yrs. She was elected to the Pinellas County School Board in 2018 and just finished her term as Chair. She was reelected in 2022 and is currently serving her second term.

Sandy Faulkner
Sandy is co-founder of TBPAA and Managing Partner of West Florida Health & Life Insurance PL. She is the mother of three grown children and grandmother to eight. She homeschooled her children, all of whom received an Associates degree by the age of 17. Sandy has directed and co-directed many shows with TBPAA since 2009, before moving the position of Administrator. She has been the Executive Producer and Music Manager for Nicola Productions Inc and White Garden Records. Sandy is also active in her community. She served 4 years as a gubernatorial appointee to the Pinellas Juvenile Welfare Board and is a current appointee to the Palm Harbor Community Service Agency and serves as its Chair.

Kimberly Kreiner-Snyder
Kimberly has directed and assistant directed more than 30 shows with Orlando's Shine in the Limelight. She toured nationally and internationally with Feld Entertainment's PLAYHOUSE DISNEY LIVE and made her off-Broadway debut in the Harry Potter parody, HARRY-OKE, at 54 Below. She has performed in various parades and shows at Walt Disney World and Sea World and recently performed at Zoo Tampa. She holds a BA in theater from DeSales University. Kim has been working at TBPAA for the past 3 seasons directing and co-directing musicals, and teaching our youngest of youngest students how to perform on stage.

Musical Director / Voice Coach
Johnny Bosse
Mr. Bosse has earned multiple degrees in music from The Boston Conservatory, including a Masters in Vocal Pedagogy, Performance and Music Education. He Holds a Certificate of Vocology from the National Center for Voice and Speech at the University of Utah. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Voice and Music Education at the University of Tampa, a Vocal Coach for the Barbershop Harmony Society, and is the Music Director at Cypress Creek Conservatory of the Arts. He's been recognized for his contributions in music education by Bay News 9 – earning the A+ Teacher Award and is an active member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing). He has a passion for voice science, theater, and the performing arts. Mr. Bosse is excited to be back in his hometown of Palm Harbor and to be serving a new generation of music and theater performing artists.

Musical Theater Director / Choreographer
Gracie Cane
2024 is Gracie’s 5th year directing and co-directing at TBPAA. She was Assistant Director of Frozen KIDS in 2021, co-director of Junie B Jones JR in 2022, and was Lead Director for Matilda JR and Seussical JR in 2023 and Moana JR in 2024. In addition to directing musicals, Gracie has been the lead choreographer for the Encore Junior Team for the past 4 years. She started performing with TBPAA in 2012 and has over 30 show credits. She is a 7 yr member of the Musical Theater Competition Team and 9 yr member of Encore. She was a member of the TBPAA’s Comp Team’s Technical Team who won 1st place at the International Junior Theater Festival’s Tech Olympics. Gracie is a member of Palm Harbor University’s Theater Troupe that performed their version of Chicago at the Florida State Thespian Competition at Morsani Hall, Straz Center. She has also performed at the Straz Center’s Holiday Inc, at a Dillard’s Fashion Show, and at Curlew Hills Memorial Services.

Assistant Musical Theater Director
Eva Keller
Eva has been a student at TBPAA for 7 years and is in her 2nd year as an assistant director. She was Assistant Director for Lion King KIDS and Moana JR in the Spring of 2024. She is also a student stage manager for Palm Harbor University High School Drama. Her previous TBPAA credits include: Newsies (Medda Larkin), Legally Blonde Jr (Vivienne Kensington), Mean Girls Jr (Janis Sarkistian). Eva won the Broadway Star of the Future award for Outstanding Costume Design for Almost Maine, and has participated in two productions that have mainstaged at the Florida State Thespian Festival; The Crucible (Ensemble) in the TECO Theatre, and Chicago: Teen Edition (Mama Morton) in Carol Morsani Hall at the Straz Center. Eva will graduate in the Spring of 2025 from Palm Harbor University High School.
