About Emma

Steel City Shakespeare presents Emma, based on the novel by Jane Austen. A world premier adaptation by local playwright Dylan Mahaffey and directed by Hannah Moss. A young, beautiful socialite occupies herself by matchmaking for her friends, but soon finds herself causing more troubles than couples.

The production features Brianne Kessel in the title role of Emma Woodhouse, supported by Ella Mizera, Michael Phelps, Samwise Riley, Nick Ryan, and Parker Stephens.

Performances will be at the West View Hub 435 Perry Highway Pittsburgh, PA 15229.

This production is dedicated to the memory of our dear friend Tracey D. Turner.
