Pit Director
Jim LattenThis is Jim's 22nd musical as a conductor, but his first murder mystery. He is Professor of Music at Juniata College, where he conducts the symphonic band, orchestra, and percussion ensembles, and teaches a number of music minor and classroom music courses. He thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone as conductor The Sound of Music last summer and will try hard to not call actors by last year's character names. After Curtains is, well, um, 'curtains' for the summer he will be living out a long-awaited dream: working with and touring with a Drum Corps International corps, the Soundsport team "Legacy" at shows in the northeast and midwest. Jim and his wife Cheryl, and their dogs, cats, and one demon-possessed male cardinal (ask) live in Huntingdon.
