Dave has loved theatre since his first performance in the Opera Carmen at age 6. Since then he teaches acting and has led actors workshops and he also acts in his “spare time”. He recently directed, Twelfth Night, Constellations, Orson’s Shadow and Antony and Cleopatra. In his 30 years as an actor favorite roles include: Mr.Paravicini in The Mousetrap, Alf in Peter and the Starcatcher, Edgar in King Lear, Horatio in Hamlet, Orgon in Tartuffe, Benjamin Franklin in 1776, and Theo Maske in The Underpants. He is currently an instructor at Cochise College. What is family: Family there are many in life, there is the one you are born into, then there are the ones you create on your own, and through them you build a community, build trust and build love. I am very lucky to have made my own family, and to be a part of this community.

ROLE: Production Stage Manager EXPERIENCE: I have a wide variety of acting in various productions on stage however this is just my second time taking upon the role of PSM WHAT DOES FAMILY MEAN TO YOU? : "I don't have friends. I got family"- Dom Toretto, The Fast and the Furious

EXPERIENCE: I've made costumes and DisneyBounds for my friends and I in the past, which isn't quite the same as being a costumer for a production, but it's a good starting point. This was my first time designing and obtaining costums for a production. WHAT DOES FAMILY MEAN TO YOU? Family is supposed to mean everything-- someone who supports your successes and comforts your downfalls. While family can be dysfunctional, true family will love you unconditionally, despite your shortcomings and flaws. No two families are exactly the same, and while the definition of family is "a group of people who are related by birth, marriage, or adoption, and who love and support each other" that doesn't mean you can't choose your family-- or have multiple "families"-- Thank you to all of my families

EXPERIENCE: I first tried sound design last year for Anne of Green Gables and feel like I've found "home". My first love and passion are ON the stage but doing sound has me more please than a pig in sh..... well anyways. WHAT DOES FAMILY MEAN TO YOU? It means showing up, blood or not.

EXPERIENCE: this is my first time designing props and prop mastering, but i have lots of experience acting on stage and being a stagehand WHAT DOES FAMILY MEAN TO YOU?: family isn't just your blood, but your chosen family too. Family is there through your rough patches and your wins at life, family is giving up your lunch so grandma can eat, just like with the olive garden motto, “when your there, your family”

EXPERIENCE: This will be my first show as a light board operator and my sixth show with SVCT as a tech. WHAT DOES FAMILY MEAN TO YOU? The bonds between people that ties us together. If you call someone family whether it's through blood or connection then that means that person has a bond with you that should never be broken.
