About DINNER THEATRE: "The Mime Who Came To Dinner"

Play Synopsis: Dr. Leo Drayfus is a respected dentist. When his self help book addicted wife Connie informs him that his wild, impulsive sister, Nancy, and her new boyfriend are coming to stay with them for a few days, Leo is less than happy about the idea. The situation goes from bad to bizarre when Leo's sister shows up with a changed rocker name of “Blaze” and is now with Mike, a professional mime who will not drop the act. Fearing for his sanity and his reputation, Leo becomes selfishly obsessed with making Mike drop character, dump his sister and get out! While Connie, just wants Leo to behave, play nice and not make the night any more awkward then it has to be. Add a dash of bizarre pantomiming, white and black face paint, several bottles of wine and a thrown lamp at someones head, and we got ourselves a dinner.
