Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

At Selah Theatre Project, every ticket purchased directly supports our artists, productions, and community programming. As a result, we maintain the following policy: 💳 No Refunds All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless a performance is canceled by Selah Theatre Project. 🔁 Exchanges & Credits If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, you may request a ticket exchange or account credit. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your performance time. Credits may be applied toward: Another performance in the same run (if available) A future Selah Theatre Project event ⏳ Credit Terms Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits must be used within the season of initial purchase. 🚫 Missed Performances Tickets for missed performances (no-shows) are not eligible for exchange or credit. ⚠️ Cancellations by Selah If Selah Theatre Project cancels a performance, patrons will be offered: A full refund, or The option to exchange or receive a credit. Your ticket is more than admission—it’s an investment in unapologetic art and the stories that bring our community together. Thank you for supporting live theatre.

Late Policy

At Selah Theatre Project, we are committed to creating an immersive, uninterrupted experience for both our audience and artists. Live theatre is shared storytelling, and timing matters. ⏰ Arrival Expectations Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to curtain. We strongly encourage patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for seating, concessions, and pre-show engagement. 🚪 After Curtain (Late Arrival) Late seating is not guaranteed once the performance has begun. Entry will occur only at a designated pause or transition, as determined by House Management. Depending on the production, late patrons may: Be seated in a designated late seating area, or Be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate moment. 🎟️ Seating Adjustments Late arrivals may be seated in an alternate location to minimize disruption. Patrons may move to their assigned seats at intermission, when applicable. 🔁 Re-Entry Policy If you leave the performance space, re-entry will follow the same late seating guidelines and may be delayed until a suitable break. ⚠️ No Interruption Commitment Some Selah performances (especially intimate, immersive, or one-act productions) may not allow late seating at all due to the nature of the work. 💳 Tickets & Exchanges Tickets are non-refundable due to late arrival. At Selah’s discretion, we may offer a ticket credit or exchange for another performance when possible. At Selah, we don’t just watch stories—we enter them. Thank you for arriving on time and honoring the artists and the moment.
