A Year With Frog and Toad is a is a whimsical musical that tells the story of two best friends: a cheerful Frog, and curmudgeonly Toad, best friends who embark upon a year's worth of adventures with great merriment, comedic agility, and joyful song-singing.  The musical written by brothers Robert and Willie Reale is based on the Frog and Toad children's stories written and illustrated by Arnold Lobel. 

Scotts Valley Performing Arts (SVPA) is a community theater company based in Scotts Valley, California.  The organization was founded as a 501c3 nonprofit corporation in 1998 to provide high-quality theater productions to the residents of Scotts Valley and surrounding communities of Santa Cruz County.
