Beauty And The Beast Cast

Sophia Costanzo (BELLE)
is a senior at Sachem North. She is beyond thrilled to be performing one of her dream roles and favorite princesses for her final musical at Sachem North. Some of her recent credits include, Game of Tiaras (Smeagol), How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Miss Krumholtz U/S), “Love is War” Sachem North Broadway night (Rizzo, Maria) The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Peggy Sue Brumley) and many more. She is sad to be leaving, but she is excited to see what’s to come of the drama club and her fellow classmates grow as actors. She would like to thank the cast, pit, and crew, Ms. Jackowski, Mr. Wentzel, Mrs. Pickersgill, Mrs. Hansen, Mr. Carroll, her vocal coach, Rebecca Cypher, and all her friends and family for the astounding love and support. She would like to emphasize her thanks to her mother, Michele Costanzo, for being her biggest cheerleader and always believing in her.
Colin Veraszto (BEAST)
is a junior here at Sachem North. He is so excited to be acting alongside some of his closest friends as one of his favorite Disney characters. Previous roles include Xanadu Jr. (Centaur), Madagascar Jr. (Boatman), Hairspray Jr. (Corny Collins), and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Bud Frump). He would like to thank his parents for always being there for him when he needs them, all his friends in stage crew and pit, and of course Ms. Jackowski, Mr. Wentzel and all of the faculty who have helped make our production happen.
Jay Greengold (GASTON)
is a senior at Sachem North. This is his third year being involved with the theater program and his first year involved with the Spring Musical! Previous credits include Tarzan (Young Tarzan), Pippin (Pippin), Bye Bye Birdie (Conrad Birdie), All Shook Up (Dean), The Addams Family (Pugsley), Bits Of Broadway (Evan Hansen, Ren McCormick, Danny Zuko), Broadway Night (Dennis, Brenardo, Jason Dean). Jay is extremely excited to challenge himself by taking on the villainous role for once as he has been mostly involved with protagonists or side characters. Jay’s favorite Disney characters include Flynn Rider, Milo James Thatch, and Prince Naveen. He cannot wait to put this production on stage as he and everyone of his castmates has put so much effort into this show. Special thanks to Stacey Greengold and Scott Greengold for driving to and from Sachem pretty much every day of the week, it will not go without recognition! As well, he thanks Sophia Costanzo, Brook Tate, and Colin Veraszto for being outstanding fellow actors and actresses! Last but certainly not least, he would like to thank Ms. Jackowski and Mrs. Hansen for their extraordinary work in the director’s chair.
Matthew Meyers (LEFOU)
is a freshman at Sachem North and is so excited to be back on the Sachem Stage. Some of Matt’s credits include Hairspray JR (Edna Turnblad) and The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Show Host). Matt’s first ever big musical was Hairspray JR and since then, he has been ready for his next opportunity. Surely, Matt can say he found it. Every single rehearsal Matt gets to play as Lefou is an absolute joy and is so incredible in every way. Some of Matt’s favorite Disney villains include Ursula and Captain Hook (along with, of course, Gaston). Matt would like to thank all of his friends and his fellow cast members, along with his director Ms. Jackowski, assistant director Mrs. Hansen, stage crew director Mr. Wentzel and his choreographer, Mrs. Pickersgill. Matt also wants to thank all of his family for always being there for him when he has needed them most. Matt is so thankful to have so many people by his side and he hopes everybody will enjoy the show.
Nicholas Aspris (LUMIERE)
is a junior at Sachem North. He is beyond excited to be a part of his first show at school. Recent credits include Bye Bye Birdie (Harvey Johnson), Rock of Ages (Franz Klinemann), Jesus Christ Superstar (Ensemble), and The Drowsy Chaperone (Man In Chair). Nicks all time favorite Disney movie is Up! Nicholas is filled with gratitude and would like to thank Ms. Jackowski, Mr. Hedemark, Mrs. Pickersgill, Mrs. Hansen, Mr. Wenzel, the cast, the pit, and the crew for their insane determination and contributions to make this show come alive. He would also like to thank his family and friends for their support throughout this process. Enjoy the show!
Daniel Brezak (COGSWORTH)
is a junior who loves being part of the amazing drama club here at Sachem North! He is honored to have been able to contribute to Beauty and the Beast as both an actor and as student director. His Sachem North credits include The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Lawrence Tate), Game of Tiaras (The French Prince), and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Bert Bratt). You may have also seen Daniel acting at Engeman Theater in Alice in Wonderland, Shrek the Musical, Guys and Dolls, Xanadu, Jungle Book, Suessical, Frozen, 101 Dalmatians, Legally Blond and Grease. Daniel would like to thank his family for their support, and the cast and crew for all their magnificent contributions!
Brook Tate (MRS.POTTS)
is a sophomore at Sachem North and she is extremely excited to be performing this role. Some of her recent credits include, Game of Tiaras (Narrator One/Smeagol), How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Smitty), Legally Blonde (Elle Woods), The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Justine Worthington) and many others. She would like to thank the cast, crew, and all her friends and family for the wonderful support and love.
Keirs McGarry (BABETTE)
is a junior here at Sachem North. She is so incredibly excited to be playing one of her favorite characters from her favorite Disney princess movie! Her recent credits include The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Debra), How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying (Ensemble), and Game of Tiaras (Other Princess 3/Leia). Her favorite Disney character is Mushu from Mulan. She would like to thank the cast and crew for working so diligently these past few months to get this show to where it is. She would also like to thank her parents for their endless support.
Abigail Rabbitt (MADAME DE LA GRANDE BOUCHE)
is a freshman at Sachem North, and is ecstatic to be a part of the production. Past credits include Matilda JR (Acrobat), Mary Poppins JR (Ensemble), The Plot, like Gravy, Thickens (Show Host), and more! Her favorite Disney movie, ironically, is Beauty and the Beast. Lianna Di Biassi (CHIP)
is a freshman at Sachem North. This is her first big role in a musical and is very happy to be a part of the drama club. She has a special place in her heart for Disney movies and her favorite character is Moana. She was in The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Improv) and Matilda Jr (Ensemble). She would like to thank her grandma Nenina, her mother, Vilma, her father, Gaston, her stepmother, Eliza for supporting her interests and the things she loves doing. Zymirah Ali (SILLY GIRL/FEATURED DANCER)
is a sophomore here at Sachem North & she is very excited to be in her second musical ever! Recent credits include The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (Connie Phillips) & How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying (Ensemble)! Her favorite Disney princesses include Jasmine, Mulan, Tiana, & of course Belle! She would love to thank the entire cast, crew, pit, & all the teachers who make the show possible, we couldn’t do it without you! Danielle Castro (SILLY GIRL/FEATURED DANCER)
is a sophomore at Sachem North and is so excited to perform in her first show at Sachem North. She has loved Beauty and the Beast since she was a little girl and is thrilled to be a part of this wonderful production. Some recent shows she has performed in include Mary Poppins (Ensemble) and Newsies (Featured Dancer) and many others. Jolie Marturano (SILLY GIRL/FEATURED DANCER)
is a sophomore at Sachem North and is ecstatic to be a part of her second spring musical. Recent credits include: Wizard of Oz (Crow), & How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying (Gatch). Her favorite Disney characters are Genie and Loki. She is grateful to have made such close friends in Drama Club. She would like to thank the cast, crew, pit, and the creative team who helped to make this show amazing. Alexis Tramontana (FEATURED DANCER/SWING)
is a freshman at Sachem North, and she cannot express how much she is so excited for this show! Her past (recent) credits include: The Plot, like Gravy Thickens (Allegra Worthington) Mary Poppins Jr. (Mary Poppins) Matilda Jr. (Mrs. Phelps) Aristocats kids (Duchess) Annie kids (Tessie) and many many more! Alexis is also a very talented violinist, and vocalist. She got perfect scores on both her NYSSMA solos this year. Alexis would love to thank all of her fellow drama kids for always being kind and friendly no matter what. She would also like to thank Ms. Jackowski and all the other amazing people for working on this beautiful production. Last but not least, she would like to thank her family for always being supportive of her big dreams.

is a freshman at Sachem North. This is her first musical and she is very excited. Julian Meola (NARRATOR/BOOKSELLER/ENSEMBLE)
is a freshman at Sachem North, and is thrilled to finally commit to an acting career. This is his first show, as he joined after The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens. His favorite Disney movie is Bolt. is a freshman at Sachem North. She is excited to be doing this musical with the amazing cast and crew. Last year, she was in the musical Matilda Jr. (Erica) at Samoset Middle School. She was also recently in the play The Plot like Gravy Thickens as (Edith). Her favorite Disney princess is Ariel. Her favorite Disney movie is Star Wars Return of the Jedi. Her favorite Disney princess is Tiana from The Princess and the Frog. is a freshman at sachem north. This will be his first time on stage and is very excited to do it! His favorite villain in Disney is Jafar, the villain in Aladdin.I would like to thank my whole family and everyone in drama for being so supportive and helpful.

is a sophomore here at Sachem North and is proud to perform in her first musical! She was previously in Game Of Tiaras (Guard 1) Broadway Night, (Ensemble) and The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens. (Improv). Ava would like to thank everyone who’s helped her throughout her drama years. Brooke Scheunemann (ENSEMBLE)
is excited to participate in her last drama production ever. She is really going to be so sad to leave drama. She has made friends in this club and will miss everyone in high school when it is time for her to leave the building when she turns 21 and it will be hard to move on, but she knows she’ll be okay.

is a sophomore at Sachem North, she is very excited to be in her first musical that she’s ever done. Alexa has only been in one other show before this, The Plot, like Gravy, thickens.
