Emma! A Pop Musical Cast

Julia Remour began taking vocal lessons at the age of 8 and made her stage debut that same year in Quad City Music Guild’s “Les Miserables”. Other Music Guild performances include Pepper in “Annie”, Bird girl in “Children of Eden” and the youth choir. Being a senior, she has previously had the pleasure to perform as Ariel in “The Little Mermaid” and Elle in “Legally Blonde” on the Riverdale stage. Being a part of Riverdale theatre has been the highlight of her high school career and hopes to continue performing in the future in college and community theatre.

Rylee Clark is the daughter of Robert and Jil Clark. She is on the Speech team, in the band as a trumpet, and involved in NHS, Interact, and Book club. She is also the President of the Creative Writing club and the President and Founder of the Young Women's Empowerment Club. She has been in the cast since her Freshman year as Jetsam for the Little Mermaid and Crab number 1 in Brother's Grimm Spectaculathon. In her Junior year, she was Brooke Wyndham in Legally Blonde and Alice in Alice In Wonderland. After high school, she has been accepted to Bradley University and will be attending there as a Finance Major.

Ian Smiddy is taking the stage for his third theatre production. His first musical, Legally Blonde, had him immediately infatuated with the Riverdale Sr. High theatre department. He would take the role of Warner Huntington the 3rd in Legally Blonde, and later in the spring of 2022, would take on the role of March Hare in Alice in Wonderland. Now he's back to perform as the bigshot student council candidate Philip Elton! His sharp voice and bold speaking skills have transferred over into his character, making him a true politician, even though he isn't too fond of politics. He is excited to perform and ready for this year's Riverdale Sr. High theatre production of Emma! A Pop Musical!

Izzy Slone is the daughter of Rik and Nina Slone. She has one sibling also in the show, Jorie Slone. Besides theater, she enjoys participating in speech, marching band, Interact, and other activities. Other productions she has been in are The Little Mermaid, Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon, Legally Blonde, and Alice in Wonderland. She plans to major in Pre-Law.

Jorie Slone is thrilled to be back on stage for her Sophomore musical at Riverdale High School. Last spring, she appeared in the play, Alice in Wonderland, as the White Rabbit, and appeared in Legally Blonde the previous fall as Pilar. She is looking forward to having even more fun experiences throughout the rest of her time in the Riverdale High School Theatre.

Always having an interest in the performing arts, but losing two years due to 2020, as soon as the chance to participate in theater arose, Caleb took the chance with “Legally Blonde”, and soon after “Alice in Wonderland”. Once the school year ends, he plans to pursue further education. Though the year has been unpredictable for him, he's doing alright. His quote on life is simple, "Be yourself, because who else can do your part justice?"
