We're looking for a cast ready to panic, scheme, cover up and unravel in Neil Simon’s "Rumors" — a lightning-fast farce where one very elegant anniversary party goes spectacularly wrong.

The host has shot himself. His wife is nowhere to be found. The guests are trying very hard to keep things quiet. Naturally, they make an absolute disaster of it.

Auditions for this all-adult cast will be held at the Spring Green Community Library on Wednesday, August 5th from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, August 8th from 12:45-2:30 p.m. The show will be in rehearsal starting September 1st and the production dates are October 23rd-25th.

River Valley Players (RVP) is a volunteer community theater organization located in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Situated approximately 40 minutes West of Madison along the Wisconsin River in the “driftless region" of Southwestern Wisconsin, Spring Green is home to famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin, Alex Jordan's House on the Rock and American Players Theater.
