THE ADDAMS FAMILY: A NEW MUSICAL Cast

Gomez Addams (Joe Hagerty)
This will be Joe’s second show at RHS. In Rhinebeck’s original production of The Addams Family pre-COVID, Joe was set to play Lucas Beineke. Outside of RHS, Joe played Sky Masterson in the Center for Performing Arts’ Guys and Dolls most recently, and Horton in Kingston Catholic’s production of Seussical back in 2019. Outside of theater, Joe is an avid musician who recently released his first studio album, Amidst These Blackened Waters, to all streaming platforms. He also runs on Rhinebeck’s varsity cross country and track and field teams, serves as the Rhinebeck junior class president, and volunteers at the Millbrook School’s Trevor Zoo over the summer. Joe would like to thank his family and friends for their support, as well as Ms. Cahenzli, Ms. Kelsey, and Mr. Tobon for all of their time devoted toward making The Addams Family a great production.
Mortica Addams (Margaux Epter)
Margaux is thrilled to be performing as Morticia in their debut with RHS. In the past, she has been on stage in shows such as Mary Poppins and worked in crew for shows including Billy Elliot and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. She spends most of her time dancing but also loves to sing when she can. Margaux would like to send a big thank you to their family for helping them with everything!
Wednesday Addams (Laila Alam)
This is Laila’s first production at RHS! For the past few years, she has been singing at Vocal Intensive Studios and participated in Bard College’s Youth Music Program as a child. She enjoys singing and drawing in her spare time. Thanks to my parents and my own Pugsley, Raj.
Francisca Dickens (Pugsley Addams)
This is Francisca’s RHS debut on stage! She was part of the stage crew for the fall production of Deliver Us From Mama! She is very excited to participate in the spring musical, and is thankful to her whole family for encouraging her to audition for the musical and for being so supportive.
Uncle Fester (Hannah Blass)
This is Hannah’s RHS debut! She has been in the makeup crew for the RHS productions of Little Shop of Horrors and Deliver Us From Mama. She’s very excited to finally be in the musical this year! Heartfelt thanks to mom, dad, Thomas, Granny and Grandpa and many other close friends and family!
Grandma (Radha Lahiri)
Radha is ecstatic to be back on stage for the musical this year. She has been a part of the Rhinebeck High School Drama Club since eighth grade, and she’s been in productions like Mary Poppins (ensemble), Almost Maine (Marci), and Deliver Us From Mama (Rema Jean/Judge Hubbard/Hayley). She plans to enjoy theatre and many more activities in between her studying at Tufts University. Thank you to my family, my teachers, my mentors, and our amazing cast and crew!
Lurch (Trayse Kasnia-Herman)
This is Trayse's first RHS time on the RHS stage. He is currently a Freshman.
Lucas Beineke (Reagan Aierstok)
This is Reagan's RHS debut! His other roles and performances include 13 (Ensemble), Carrie (Stokes), and a separate rendition of The Addams Family (Mal). His favorite thing about theater is all of the friends he’s made through it. Outside of theater, Reagan likes to listen to music and play piano. Thanks to Mom, Dad, his brothers, all the friends he’s made through theater, and especially the ones that got him into it!!
Alice Beineke (Zelda Kosofsky)
Zelda is not new to the RHS Stage. In fact, she has been performing for years. She is a Junior.
Mal Beineke (Noah Bancroft)
Noah is a Junior at RHS.
Ensemble (Sarah Coggeshall)
This will be Sarah’s second production for the Rhinebeck High School Drama Club. She participated in the RHS production Deliver Us From Mama (Leon, Subrenda Lutz, Mr. Toliver) in the fall. Sarah has made many new friendships and bonds while participating in RHS productions, she hopes to continue to make more. She would like to give a big thank you to her family and friends for supporting and inspiring her to participate in the RHS drama club productions.
Ensemble (Alejandra Dickens)
This is Alejandra’s final production for the RHS drama club! Alejandra has been a part of Check Please, Almost Maine, Addams Family #1 and Little Shop of Horrors throughout her 4 years of high school. Outside of theater Alejandra enjoys field hockey, basketball, and baking. Alejandra is thankful for her sisters who have both been Pugsley and who have made being in the drama club amazing!
Ensemble (Lara Fusaro)
Lara is a senior who started with the RHS Drama Club as a Freshman backstage in Almost, Maine. She has performed in 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview (Fall, 2020 as Kelly) and was part of the Addams Family musical production in Spring, 2020. She is happy for the opportunity to finally perform this Musical to a live audience. Thanks to Grandma, Rebecca, Gianna and all those who helped her along the way.
Ensemble (Annika Haile)
Annika has never been in a musical or play before, except for one in preschool. She likes to read and write and draw and be outside and she has been dancing for 9 years. She enjoys drama club because of the camaraderie and the expression. She appreciates the time put in by Ms. Cahenzli, Mr. Tobon, Ms. Kelsey, and Cedric and thanks her fellow castmates for making this such a fun experience!
Ensemble (Lisaanne Epter)
Lisanne is thrilled to be in her first RHS production. She has been in productions such as Billy Elliot, and worked backstage for A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Lisanne has fully embraced her journey into musicals and hopes to be in many more. She wants to thank RHS for granting her this opportunity; her dance teachers at Dream Studio and The Center for countless hours of dance training; her siblings, Jos and Margaux, for years on sibling-produced living room shows that started before Lisanne could take her first steps and began her love of performance; and her parents for taking her to many rehearsals.
Ensemble (Alexis Eleazar Martinez)
This is Alexis’s final year at Rhinebeck High School as well as his last school production with the RHS Drama Club. He is currently the treasurer of the Drama Club and has been part of the school productions throughout his four years of high school. He plans to continue his joy for theatre and arts next year at Lafayette College. Special thanks to the present and previous cast members for a wonderful time!

This is Emily's first time on the RHS stage. She is a Sophomore.
Ensemble (Danica Milliot)
This is Danica’s first musical production and RHS debut. She has experience in acting with Clermont State Historic Site’s Halloween and Christmas productions. She has been dancing for over 10 years, including ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Thank you to my parents, Willow, Lara, Susan, and all of my new friends I have made throughout this production.
Ensemble (Chloe Moor)
Chloe is excited to be performing in her third production at RHS. Previous productions include 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview (Kimberly) and Deliver Us From Mama (Tamarind). Chloe spends her time obsessing over the Hamilton soundtrack and dancing around the house. This young thespian is the secretary of Drama Club and enjoys volunteering at the Woodstock Film Festival. A big thank you to my wonderful stage family. I’m grateful to be working alongside all of you talented people. Break a leg and an arm!
Ensemble (Rebecca Reed)
This will be Rebecca’s final production with RHS. Previous productions at RHS include Check, Please! (Melanie), 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview (Interviewer 2), Deliver Us From Mama (Rudy Earl, Nurse Kelly), and Little Shop of Horrors (Ensemble). She is grateful for the amazing directors and cast who supported her throughout her performances, but is sad to say goodbye to the RHS stage. She has always enjoyed acting and was always supported by her loving cousins and family. Special thanks to TT, Tori, Mom, Dad, Lara, and the rest of my family, friends, and cast.
Ensemble (Josie Rourke)
This will be Josie’s second RHS production. Last fall she starred in Deliver Us From Mama as Savanna Honeycutt. Other theatre experiences include The Lion King, The Aristocats, and The Wizard of Oz. Along with acting, Josie enjoys singing and dancing. She plans on joining a performing arts program in the summer and taking voice lessons. Thank you to my parents, my little brother, my cats Lilly Rose and Chloe for always being there for me.
Ensemble (Anila Schmidt)
This will be Anila’s first RHS production! She was previously cast in A Winter’s Tale, but sadly it was canceled due to COVID-19. She has also done a fair amount of screen acting. She loves reading and spending time with her cat. Anila would like to thank all the new friends she has made during production for inspiring her and helping her become a better actress. She would also like to thank her family for being so supportive.
Ensemble (Olivia Selby)
Olivia is very excited to be in this year’s production of the Addams Family! Sadly, it will be her last production with RHS, but she has had such fun with the RHS Drama Club these past four years. Olivia is the president of the Drama Club and has previously been in Little Shop of Horrors (Ensemble), Once Upon a Mattress (Queen Aggravain), and A Midsummer’s Night Dream (Hermia). She plans to pursue her love of the arts at Vassar College next year.
