Stacy Schroeder
Ms. Stacy Schroeder (‘93) is the former Owner/Director of Dutchess County Performing Arts Center as well as a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School. As a former Masque & Mime member, she is incredibly excited to return to direct and choreograph another production in the Bové Theater. Stacy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater from Vassar College where she simultaneously studied Drama, Dance and Elementary Education. Over her 30+ years of teaching, she has had many students go on to professional careers in the dance industry. Her students have performed in concert tours with the likes of Janet Jackson, Niki Minaj, Hugh Jackman, Mariah Carey and most recently SZA. They have appeared on tv shows like So You Think You Can Dance, The BET Awards, The VMA’s, World of Dance, The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and most recently performed with Sabrina Carpenter on The Grammys. They can be seen dancing in videos for Usher, H.E.R. and Lady Gaga and many have graced the stages, on and off Broadway, in Illinoise, The Newsies Tour, The Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall and the movie “In the Heights”. Stacy currently works as a teaching artist and coach in Dutchess County through her current endeavor, Independent Artists, as well as Leaders by Choice, a non profit leadership and arts organization, and Beacon Performing Arts Center. She’d like to thank all of the cast and crew for their dedication, talent and energy! A huge thank you as well to the amazing team of Advisors who share her passion for educating and inspiring a future generation of theater lovers.

Najah Muhammad
Ms. Najah Muhammad is a passionate theatre director and educator, thrilled to continue her work as an advisor for Masque & Mime. Najah is dedicated to nurturing talent and creativity in her students, currently collaborating with organizations such as Disney Theatrical Group, The New Victory Theatre, Symphony Space, Beacon Performing Arts Center and Juilliard’s Summer Performing Arts Program. In addition to her teaching roles, Najah serves as the Director of Education for Leaders by Choice, a family-run organization focused on developing leadership skills through the arts. She also directs the spring productions at Wappingers Junior High School, and has a blast working with the community there!

Props Crew Advisor, Set Designer
Lindsay Wasserman
Ms. Wasserman has been teaching high school art for 9 years, with the past 3 being here at RCK. This is her second year with Masque and Mime and she is thrilled to be working with everyone! Though new to Masque and Mime, she has experience with theater and set crew from her days as a student. She is excited to use her art knowledge in the design and creation of sets and props and working with all of the talented students and advisors. Ms. Wasserman attended SUNY New Paltz where she received her Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts Education and minor in Art History, as well her Masters in Visual Arts Education.

Sound Designer, Light & Sound Crew Advisor
Ken Tornatore
This is Mr. Tornatore’s 10th year as an advisor for Masque & Mime, having served in the capacity of sound and lighting advisor during his time in the club. Mr. Tornatore is an alumnus of the Masque & Mime Society, graduating in 2008. He attended Binghamton University where he studied History and Technical Theatre Design, and worked on several professional concerts, shows, and productions. After graduation from Syracuse University with a Master’s Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education, he has returned to Wappingers Falls to teach. He is currently serving on the board of the New York State Theater Education Association (NYSTEA), and is engaged in promoting theater education across the district and state. He would like to thank his family for their constant support and understanding, his friends for supporting the role theater plays in the lives of students, and his amazing team of advisors who make the magic happen.

Denny Evaul
Mr. E has been advising M&M’s Set Crew since his retirement from IBM in 1996. He has assisted on the RCK stage, in varying degrees, since building a box for the RCK Class of 1972’s production of YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN in 1971. He was a member of ACTOR’S EQUITY while a Stage Manager for Queen City Stage Company in Poughkeepsie. He would like to thank his “better-half” for her dedication to Masque & Mime and the members of the Set Crew for all their hard work.

Mrs. E. has been working with Masque and Mime since the early 80’s. She has such respect for all the students involved over the years. She is especially thrilled that for this production a few of the students are children of former Masque and Mimers - so the traditions roll on. This production has many M&M alumni as advisors as well! Bravo! Brava! Thanks to all, and especially for all the faithful parent support.

Jeremy Johnson
Jeremy is a professional lighting designer based out of the Hudson Valley, and he is thrilled to be working with Masque & Mime again for Grease! Jeremy has been designing productions in and around New York City and the Hudson Valley for the last 12 years. His work spreads across many disciplines including: theater & performance, dance, architecture, live & corporate events, as well as film and music videos. Jeremy wishes to thank his long time mentor Jimmy Fedigan who has provided incredible support to him throughout the years. Jeremy is a proud graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz with a B.A. degree in Theatre Arts: Design & Technology.
Music Director
David Frego
David is thrilled to be working as the vocal director for Masque & Mime’s production of Mary Poppins! He has previously vocal directed John Jay Proscenium’s productions of Beauty and the Beast, A Chorus Line: Teen Edition, and Mamma Mia!, as well as West Side Theatrix’s productions of The Addams Family and Legally Blonde. David is also an accomplished pianist, having played piano for many different theatre groups, including the Dutchess Community College Performing Arts Program, Standing Room Only Theater Company, Lourdes Theatre Company, Peekskill High School Drama Company, John Jay Proscenium, and West Side Theatrix. David would like to thank all of the Masque & Mime advisors for being the best group of people that he could ask to work with, as well as his family for always supporting him.

Stephanie is so grateful to be welcomed back to Masque and Mime for her first production as an advisor to the hair and make-up crews. She returns as an alumna of the Class of 2010. Congratulations to the full cast and crew on a most delightful show!!

Elizabeth Kip
Ms. Kip has been a Speech Language Pathologist for the past 3 years, with experience in both medical and school settings. This is her first year with Masque and Mime as Costumes Advisor! Though relatively new to Masque and Mime, she has experience with the performing arts and working with costumes from her time as a student growing up dancing competitively. She is thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with such wonderful and talented students to bring the vision of Mary Poppins to life!
