Caroline Lewis (Mary Poppins)
Caroline is thrilled to be returning to the Possum Point stage in MARY POPPINS! She was last seen here in THE LIFE AND ADVENTURES OF SANTA CLAUS and has appeared in a handful of shows with the Community Players of Salisbury, including CRIMES OF THE HEART (Babe), A FEW GOOD MEN (Jo), and most recently THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST (Algernon). She was also seen in Shakespeare’s THE TEMPEST and THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR with Fultontown Theatre Company. She’d like to thank her mom Stephanie for her everlasting love and support, her friends and family, and the cast/crew for making this process so much fun!
Braeden Swain (Bert)
Braeden is a designer, director, and actor based in Milford, Delaware. He most recently appeared on the PPP stage as John Brook in LITTLE WOMEN. You may have seen Braeden‘s directorial work in last season‘s production of THE 39 STEPS. Braeden is the Director of the Indian River high school Drama program and encourages all theater goers to attend Indian River High School’s upcoming fall production of ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA! Braeden is also the current president of Powder Keg Theatre Company. He sincerely hopes you enjoy the show!
Elli Swain (Winnifred Banks)
Elli is thrilled to embark on this magical journey! You may remember her from other local productions: HAIRSPRAY (Amber), THE PROM! (Angie), THE MOUSETRAP (Molly), YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (Inga), STEEL MAGNOLIAS (Shelby) and OUR TOWN (Emily). Her most recent endeavors include LITTLE SHOP (Audrey), LITTLE WOMEN: THE MUSICAL (Meg March), and directing Milford High School’s production of MAMMA MIA! Elli has loved every minute teaching and learning from her insanely talented kids at MHS! All her love to the family, friends, and devoted team that have made all this possible! Lastly, Elli is so incredibly proud of her husband Braeden and all the love and hardwork he has put into this role; his performance is enthralling (love you to the moon and back)!
Jayson Felker (George Banks)
Jayson is delighted to be back on the PPP stage working alongside close friends. Striving to be a multi-faceted creator, Jayson has donned many different creative “hats,” from performance, to technical direction, to dramaturgy and research-work. Jayson is proud to be a founding member of Powderkeg Theatre Company. Allyson Crane (Jane Banks)
Allyson is thrilled to return to Possum Point Players, two years after her first adventure with PPP! She is now 11 years old and musical theater has taken her throughout the Mid-Atlantic, North Carolina, and Tennessee, appearing in 11 productions—recently starring as Matilda in Washington, D.C. and Annie in Manassas, VA. Allyson is honored to join this amazing team as Jane Banks and gives special thanks to her coaches and everyone at PPP for this opportunity to return to the stage she loves.
Finn Kirk (Michael Banks)
Finn is a 7th grader at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School. You may have recently seen him play Charlie in both WILLY WONKA, JR. and THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER! Some other fun roles he’s played include Sven in FROZEN, JR. and DAN IN CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN. When off stage, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, cat and chihuahuas, performing home repairs, and cooking just about anything. At school, he serves as Vice President of student council and plays both piano and percussion in the band. Sending many thanks to the cast and crew for an absolutely amazing experience!
Blair Williams (Mrs Brill / Mrs. Corry / Queen Victoria)
Blair is a local Delaware-based actor that has worked in productions both on and off stage at Possum Point Players, Clear Space Theater, and Second Street Players. She’s very excited to be joining this amazing cast for this magical production of MARY POPPINS!
Matt Hatfield (Robertson Ay / Neleus / Valentine)
Rhonda Taylor (Ms. Lark / Bird Woman)
Rhonda is excited to be back on stage at Possum Point Players. Possum Point is a special place for her as it is where she made her community theater debut back in 2010 in their production of URINETOWN. Other productions Rhonda has been in include ensemble roles in WORKING and JEKYLL AND HYDE, a nun in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and Emily in ELF: THE MUSICAL. Rhonda is a 5th grade teacher at Delmarva Christian School where she proudly codirects the 4th-8th grade drama program, who recently performed their first musical, THE LION KING JR. Rhonda would like to thank her husband, Peter, and two sons, Jonathan and William, for their support and love. She would also like to give a special shout out to her friend, colleague, and cast member Cally McCullough for her encouragement throughout the entire process of MARY POPPINS. “Do all to the glory of God.”
Claudius Bowden (Admiral Boom / Punch / Bank Chairman)
Claudius has been a member of Possum Point Players since 1983. He has been in a numerous number of productions at PPP—approximately 40 if he had to guess! Some of his favorites include A RAISIN IN THE SUN, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, and multiple Motown fundraisers. It’s a pleasure to be included in this production of MARY POPPINS under the direction of Logan, Abbey, and Devon.
Margaret Egeln (Katie Nanna / Miss Andrew / Mrs. Smythe)
Marge is an established local Delaware performer and community member. When not on stage, she can be found singing over at Dogfish Head or selling flowers and produce at the Milton Farmer’s Market. Favorite credits include: THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (Magenta/Usherette) and LITTLE WOMEN (Aunt March).
Jorge Vargas (Northbrook / Policeman / Teddy Bear)
Jorge stars in his first musical with Possum Point Players, although this isn’t his first time acting. After high school, he starred in multiple local films and he is thrilled to return back to the stage. When Jorge is not on stage or on camera, he is convincing people to upgrade their phones at Verizon. Jorge is committed to growing as a performer and is grateful for every opportunity to learn and perform. Much love to all the cast and crew for their support, time, and effort to make this show so amazing.
Rhett Commodaro (Von Hussler / Park Keeper)
Rhett is thrilled to be making his debut at Possum Point Players in MARY POPPINS alongside this talented cast. He most recently appeared as Mr. Fezziwig in A CHRISTMAS CAROL this past December. A recent transplant from Pennsylvania, his favorite previous roles include Harold Hill in THE MUSIC MAN, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh in ANYTHING GOES, Lumière in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and Shrek in SHREK: THE MUSICAL. He would like to thank Logan, Devon, Abbey, and this wonderful cast for welcoming him into the community.
Ruby Quinn (Fannie)
Ruby is an 11th grader as CHHS. Ruby recently appeared in Clear Space’s Spotlight on Young Performers, BEETLEJUICE (Sky) and DESCENDANTS (Evie). Her mainstage credits include, A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Estella Scrooge), YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, and THE PROM (Swing). At Cape, she performed in MAMMA MIA (Tanya), LOST GIRL (Nina), TRAP (Angela) and PRIDE AND PREJUDICE (Caroline). She previously appeared in Possum Point Players’, INTO THE WOODS (Cinderella). Ruby is incredibly grateful for her family, friends, and directors!
Kori Lewandowski (Annie)
Kori is excited to be working with the Lynch brothers for the first time since the Possum Juniors’ production of BYE BYE BIRDIE (Nancy Weatherby) 11 years ago! A veteran of the stage for 15 years, she has most recently been seen in STEEL MAGNOLIAS (Annelle) and YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU (Essie Carmichael) at Second Street Players, and RAGTIME (Ensemble) at Possum Point Players. Kori is thrilled to make MARY POPPINS her “once-a-year” production for 2026, as the rest of her time is taken up being the owner of The Crafty Reader, an independent bookstore in Milford, DE.
Alexis Griess (Mary Poppins / Winnifred / Mrs. Corry [swing])
Alexis is thrilled to be on stage for the first time on DelMarVa! Alexis graduated last May from the Catholic University of America with Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre and is currently the morning reporter for WBOC News This Morning in Salisbury, MD. Alexis was most recently seen in GODSPELL at Millbrook Playhouse in Lock Haven, PA. Other credits include PIPPIN, FREAKY FRIDAY, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, ANYTHING GOES, SWEENEY TODD, and BE MORE CHILL. Alexis is grateful for finding a theatre community on DelMarVa to continue to shine her light on stage, as well as on screen. She thanks her friends, family, and WBOC besties for all their support.
Cally McCullough (Woman Ensemble [swing])
Cally is excited to return to the stage after more than 30 years, with most of her previous experience in Cebu City, Philippines—making this her American debut. Cally deeply thanks the entire Mary Poppins team for giving her the opportunity to get back on stage, especially Rhonda Taylor (Bird Lady/Mrs. Lark) for encouraging her to audition. She would like to thank her whole family for their constant love and support! Most of all, she wants to thank God for His goodness and mercy!
Luke Thomas Rowan (Bert / George [swing])
Luke can't wait to share this delightful classic with the audience here on the Possum's stage! This will be their seventh show at Possum Point Players after appearing in LA CAGE AUX FOLLES (Phaedra), RIPCORD (Scotty), and BIG RIVER (Huckleberry Finn) to name a few. Other favorites include ALICE BY HEART (Mad Hatter) at the Everett, and ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST (Billy Bibbit) at Second Street Players. Luke would like to thank the production team for their outstanding work in making this timeless classic the best performance it can be.
