Age Range

Children under 3 are free IF sitting on the lap of an adult paying patron. Children under 3 may occupy a seat only if there is space available. Please check with the House Manager.

Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

All tickets purchased are final sale—we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to double check you are purchasing for the right day and time. Please double check you have purchased for the correct day and time. While we understand plans change, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstance. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same event, depending upon availability. Tickets must be exchanged PRIOR to the show. We cannot guarantee seats will be available for the show requested and we do not offer refunds in these instances.

Late Policy

Due to the nature of our theater, late seating cannot be accommodated. Patrons must arrive prior to show start with ample time to find their seat. If patrons arrive late there are no exceptions. There are no refunds or exchanges for late arrivals.

Poison Apple produces all shows in accordance and under contract with various theatrical copyright companies. In order to perform, adapt, or record a copyrighted play publicly, Poison Apple legally purchases performance rights through established agencies like Music Theatre International (MTI) or Concord Theatricals. Due to these licensing restrictions, there is no videography or photography allowed during the performance of any show, in any venue. There are no exceptions. If a patron is found to be in violation of this policy, they will be asked to delete any picture or video recording on their device (phone, camera, etc) and may be asked to leave the theater. Additionally, if Poison Apple is found to be in violation of their contract with any company and fined/penalized, the violating patron will assume all financial penalties incurred by Poison Apple.
