About All Shook Up
All Shook Up is a 2004 jukebox musical with a book by Joe DiPietro, featuring the songs of Elvis Presley and inspired by Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Set in a conservative 1950s town, the plot follows a mysterious, guitar-playing stranger named Chad who arrives and disrupts the lives of the repressed residents, leading to romance, disguise, and self-discovery, all set to classic Elvis hits like "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Jailhouse Rock".
