About Don't Worry, Hun.

"Starstruck lovers are put in an unusual circumstance. Maybe the universe don’t want them to be together? Or maybe it do?"

Blending Omaha's Music Scene with the Omaha Theater Scene, "Don't Worry Hun!" takes us into a universe where LIVE independent music pushes the narration of a compelling fictional script about love and loss. In "Don't Worry Hun!", our two protagonists repeatedly find themselves at the door between love and uncertainty. Fused collaboratively through a diverse cast of multidisciplinary artists in writing, singing, music production and story telling, "Don't Worry, Hun." uses music, humor, and description to lead you through a sentimental tale about anomie.

Q&A with the Producer

Why did you submit your show to the Omaha Fringe Festival?

Recording Artist Riké and Writer Verla Collier, had the brilliant idea of combining the theater world and the local music world in a unique production that is enhanced by music. the story came to fruition and was brought to life with the inclusion of actors and musicians who understood this monumental collaboration.  

What are you hoping audiences will take away from the performance?

We hope that audiences see the way the arts can be interwoven and are inspired to collaborate and create partnerships in thier own lives, all while being blown away by this wonderfully entertaining but super wary story.
