The Princess Strikes Back is a comedic one-person-show about how my childhood crush on Han Solo has affected my adult dating life. I developed it through personal narrative storytelling (like you might hear on The Moth). This show had it's world premiere in 2021 and has since toured to 10+ Fringe Festivals.

Q&A with the Producer

Why did you submit your show to the Omaha Fringe Festival?

I've been touring Fringe Festivals for the last 5 years and it's my favorite way to perform my own work for new audiences every year. I try to get to new cities every year, and just recently heard about the Omaha Fringe, so I applied as soon as I could.

What are you hoping audiences will take away from the performance?

I seek to make every audience my new best friends! Whether they are a Star Wars fan or not, they will walk away having met a kindred spirit, and hopefully with some laughs.
