You're A Good Man Charlie Brown (Revised) Cast

Nebiyou Yonas (Charlie Brown - Woodstock Cast)
Nebiyou Yonas is a seventh-grader and is very excited to be in “ You're a Good Man Charlie Brown”. This is his first show and is playing the lead role. He enjoys playing sports and is very close to his friends. Nebiyou loves theater, mainly the part where he meets new people. He is inspired by the director Mrs. Siepmann. He thanks God for giving him the courage to be in this show and his family for their support.
Elias Gannage (Charlie Brown - Snoopy Cast)
Elias is honored to be starring in his very first musical as one of his favorite fictional characters. He has been in a number of plays since college, most recently Jupiter Theater Company’s Hunchback (Poussepain) and Goose Creek Player’s You Can’t Take It With You (Tony Kirby). Elias spends his free time playing board games, swing dancing, and practicing fiddle, ukulele, and improv jazz piano.
Laithan Kairouz (Linus Van Pelt - Woodstock Cast)
Laithan is a rising 7th grader, and he is really excited to be in the play, especially because Linus is his favorite character from Peanuts! Apart from the play, he also enjoys reading and playing outside.
Greg LaNave (Linus Van Pelt - Snoopy Cast)
Greg LaNave's last appeared at Nativity in The Wizard of Oz (Lion). He has long had an affinity for the philosophical, innocent, easily-cowed character of Linus. He would like to thank his family for their support, his theatrical family at GSP for much theater joy, and Jody and Cecilia (the little red-headed girl) Lewis for hours of fun playing “name that Peanuts strip” this summer.
Brandon Nguyen (Schroeder - Woodstock Cast)
Brandon is a rising 7th grader who has done theater with Nativity Catholic School since he was 10. This is his biggest role yet and he is super excited to perform on stage with his little brother and friends that he made along the way. He loves hanging out with friends in person or online. He thanks Mrs. Siepmann for all her encouragement and family for their support.
Lucas Williams (Schroeder - Snoopy Cast)
Lucas is excited to be back on stage and to be a part of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Revised). Lucas's first play was Romeo and juliet (Lord Capulet) and has continued acting all throughout high school and college. He hopes you enjoy the show and the wonderful cast and crew involved!
CeCe Villanasco (Lucy Van Pelt - Woodstock Cast)
CeCe is overjoyed to be back with Nativity Players for her fifth season. She was in Seussical (Baby Kangaroo) and Wizard of Oz (Munchkin/Flying Monkey) and 2020-21 virtual projects. She also was in Alice in Wonderland (Dormouse) with Rambunctious Theater. She’d like to thank: Ms. Kimberly for her mentorship, everyone in the cast & crew, and her family. Enjoy the show!
Sarah Cottrill (Lucy Van Pelt - Snoopy Cast)
Sarah moved to NoVA in 2018; one of her first shows was Nativity Players’ Wizard of Oz! Since then, Sarah has performed with many local theaters. She was most recently seen in The End of the Line (Taylor) at The Middleburg Arts Festival. Sarah also loves improv and performs regularly with DC’s own Heavy Rotation. Sarah is grateful for all the hard work of the stage crew, directors, and cast on this production. Happiness is… putting together a show to spread joy!
Michelle Reich (Sally Brown - Woodstock Cast)
Michelle is very excited to have her debut with the Nativity Players. She loves theater and is excited to share her love with all of you. Michelle is a rising 7th grader at South County Middle School. She would like to thank Ms. Kimberly for giving her the opportunity to be in the play this summer. Michelle wants to recognize the cast and crew’s efforts that were put into making this an amazing show! Enjoy!
Kyra Charters (Sally Brown - Snoopy Cast)
Kyra is thrilled to be in her first show with Nativity Players. She was most recently in Puffs (Megan Jones) and Mamma Mia (Ensemble) at South County High School. She would like to thank Mrs. Kimberly and all of the crew for an experience that truly made her summer. She would also like to thank her friends and family for supporting her through this production.
Rachel Svercl (Snoopy - Woodstock Cast)
Rachel is a rising freshman & is super excited to be playing her favorite Charlie Brown character! Her comfort on stage began with dance (age 4). This is her first show with Nativity, but you may have seen her onstage in Lake Braddock MS Theatre’s productions of Dr. Dolittle Jr. (Berta) & Charlotte’s Web (Spider #2). She would like to thank her parents for all their support!
Audrey Kretzer (Snoopy - Snoopy Cast)
Audrey Kretzer is super excited to be in Nativity Players’ first show back! You may have seen her in the ensemble of Seussical and The Wizard of Oz, or in last year’s cabaret. She would like to thank her family for driving her to rehearsals, the rest of the cast and crew for all their hard work, and Ms. Kimberly for believing in her and pushing her outside her comfort zone. Logan Nguyen (Ensemble - Woodstock Cast)
Logan is a rising 5th grader. His first performance was in the ensemble of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in 2019 with Nativity Catholic School Theater. When not acting, Logan enjoys playing ice hockey and playing online games with his older brothers and friends. He would like to thank Mrs. Siepmann for the opportunity and encouragement and his parents for all their support.
Josef Villanasco (Ensemble - Snoopy Cast)
Josef is overjoyed to be performing again with Nativity Players. He was in The Princess Bride (Prince Humperdink). He has also performed with Classika Theatre, Asian Stories in America, Rorschach Theatre, and Studio Theatre. He would like to thank Ms. Kimberly (for the chance to work with one of favorite actresses, CeCe), the cast & crew! Love to his family, his happiness.
Christine Dang (Ensemble - Woodstock Cast)
Christine Dang is a rising 9th grader, and is looking forward to performing with the Woodstock Cast. Previously, she has been in Nativity’s school musicals of Magic Tree House: Dinosaurs Before Dark & Knight at Dawn (Ensemble), and Alice in Wonderland (Cheshire Cat). She appreciates all the kind people who have made being part of this show a joyous experience.
Cara Foos (Ensemble - Snoopy Cast)
Cara is a rising tenth grader who is excited to be in her third performance with Nativity Theater. Her last performance was in the One Act "Smarty Pants." She is excited to be performing with her other cast members.
Cora McDonald (Ensemble - Woodstock Cast)
This is Cora McDonald’s debut on stage! Cora is 11 and lives in Springfield. Her favorite theater show is SIX: The Musical, which she saw in the West End in 2018. Cora likes to ride horses and play volleyball. She wants to thank Miss Grace for working with her on her dancing. She also thanks her family for driving her to and from rehearsals and coming to the performances.
Katherine Morgan (Ensemble - Snoopy Cast)
Katherine is a Sophmore at Shenandoah University and so excited to be participating in her first musical! She has always had a passion for music and arts, and has enjoyed being a part of a cast these past few weeks. Katherine is excited to share her talents with everyone and have a fantastic time on stage.
Ellie Smith (Ensemble - Woodstock Cast)
Ellie Smith is a rising 6th grader at Nativity Catholic School. She is excited to be part of the Nativity Players this summer. She enjoys spending time with her friends, swimming, and playing tennis. She also enjoys reading.
Camila Terrazas (Ensemble - Snoopy Cast)
Camila is starting her sophomore year in college this fall. Her love is theater, but she also loves to dance her heart out. She’s enjoying playing Charlie Brown's odd-ball friend Eudora. She would like to thank God for her talents and family for the support they’ve given her. She wants to dedicate this performance to her Mami Mile. Enjoy the show!
Ashley Wade (Ensemble - Woodstock Cast)
Ashley is a rising 7th grader and is excited to be celebrating her sixth Nativity production! Previously, she was in the Nativity’s “The Wizard of Oz” as one of the Lullaby League. Her favorite scene of today’s show is “Beethoven Day” and she can’t wait for you to see it! Ashley wants to thank Mrs. Juliana (school musical director) for helping her find her voice in her theater productions.
