Songs & Stories of John Denver was conceived by Harold Thau, adapted and with a book by Peter Glazer, and features music and lyrics by John Denver (with others) and orchestrations by Jeff Waxman. 

Echoing from the Rocky Mountain highs to the green valleys of West Virginia, John Denver's timeless music celebrates nature, love, heart and harmony. This crowd-pleasing show uses Denver's popular songs and personal stories to tell the story of his life and the eras he lived through. From "Take Me Home, Country Roads" to "Annie's Song" to "Thank God I’m a Country Boy” to “Leaving on a Jet Plane," Denver’s iconic hits are the music of America.  Performed live on stage by talented actor/musicians this uplifting show brings his music to life- a celebration of the melodies that inspire us to dream of new roads and new destinations.
