A small group of individuals carrying their own doubts and fears come together when an unknown individual invites each person to see themselves - and each other - with new eyes. Beginning as project at Carnegie Mellon University, GODSPELL began to grow in popularity when it moved the  La Mama Experimental Theatre Clum in the East Village of Manhattan.  The show was then rescored for an off-Broadway production, which opening on May 17, 1971, and became a long running success.  Circling the globe before coming back to NY, GODSPELL finally had a run on Broadway in 1976 and a Broadway Revival in 2011.  Its truth, heart, humor, ability to be presented anywhere, and its award-winning score have inspired both professional and non-professional theatre's alike to embrace this audience friendly production which has been performed millions of times all over the globe!
