Ruthless the Musical Cast

Jillian Strattman (Judy/Ginger)
Jillian Strattman is thrilled to be joining this beautiful talented group of people for this eccentric show! Some favorite past credits include Audrey-Little Shop of Horrors, Hope Harcourt-Anything Goes, and Alice Beineke-The Addams Family(for which she won the Broadway San Diego award for best actress). When not onstage you can find Jillian crocheting and giving her cat, Norman, a gentile little kiss on his tiny head. Jillian would like to thank her lovely boyfriend Alex for his support and encouragement(and for feeding her after rehearsals) and her parents for letting her ramble about the show(and whatever else she’s hyperfixated on that day)on the phone for the 35 minute drive to rehearsals every day! Hope you enjoy the show!
Aubriella Navarro (Tina Denmark)
Aubriella Navarro (Tina Denmark) is 13-years-old and thrilled to be making her Luminary Arts debut in such a fun role and show. Aubriella recently played the lead role of Calpurnia Tate in the world premiere musical, "The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate," at Lamb's Players Theatre this past spring. Last December she sang at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall with Spotlight Kidz to open for the Rockettes’ Christmas Spectacular. Other favorite credits include Matilda in “Matilda the Musical” (SDJT), Little Red Riding Hood in "Into the Woods" (Ovation), Jane Banks in “Mary Poppins” (MYT), and Ares in “The Lightning Thief, The Percy Jackson Musical” (MYT). When not on stage, Aubriella loves to sing, crochet, play instruments, read, and write. She would like to thank Luminary Arts, George, and Amanda for this opportunity; Shauna Markey, her acting coach; Karyn Overstreet; and the entire cast and crew for being so wonderful.

This is Sophie's first production with Luminary Arts, and she is incredibly honored to be in the presence of such a talented company. She most recently appeared as GLINDA for a Spanish production of The Land of Oz. In addition to the good witch of the south, you might have seen Sophie conducting tours and driving the Africa Tram at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park! She is a Scorpio.
Jamie Feinstein (Louise/Eve)
Jamie Feinstein is dying (twice) for everyone to see Ruthless!, her first Luminary Arts production with such an amazing cast and production team! Jamie has been lucky enough to perform throughout San Diego in productions at Lamplighters, Patio Playhouse, Star Theatre, PowPAC, and Coronado Playhouse. Some of her favorite past roles include Debbie Turner (Footlight Frenzy) and Judith Davenport (1940s Radio Christmas Carol). Jamie is thankful to her friends and family for driving around San Diego to support community theater and continuing to accept her excuse of, "I can't, I have rehearsal."
Jana Russik (Miss Thorn)
Jana is ecstatic to step into the shoes of the fun and zany Miss Thorn for her first-ever performance with Luminary Arts. Over the years, she has taken on numerous roles throughout Southern California including Helga in Cabaret (Z Playhouse), Sister Mary Leo in Nunsense (Coronado Playhouse), Shelly in Evil Dead (10th Avenue Arts), Kira in Xanadu (Young Actors Theatre), Margot in Legally Blonde (Star Repertory Theatre), and Moody Marnie in Boarded! She dedicates this show to her dear friend and fellow performer Sarah, who ruthlessly cheers on all her dramatic endeavors!
