Director
Josh Rapp, M.F.A.

Born and raised in Tennessee, Josh has been working in professional theatre for over a decade as both an actor and director for the stage and screen.

For two years, Josh served as the Executive Director of the Globe of the Great Southwest in Odessa Texas where he developed and produced a new works festival alongside an annual full production cycle. His Globe credits include Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams, Dracula by Steven Dietz, and Bright Star by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell.

Josh's creative work has also been seen in many other theatres across the south east including Yankee Tavern by Steven Dietz at the Backdoor Playhouse and God by Woody Allen at the University of Southern Mississippi. Some of his more notable performance roles include Avenue Q (Princeton), Bright Star (Billy Cane), Boeing Boeing (Robert), Peter and the Starcatcher (Smee). Rocky Horror Picture Show (Riff-Raff), and Cabaret (The Emcee). He was also recently seen in the premier of Purple Car by Ben Stanford at Texas Tech.

Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Arts Administration and Theatre: Acting/Directing at Texas Tech with a focus in communal art sustainability, Josh also serves as the Production Manager for Lubbock Community Theatre.

Josh holds an M.F.A in performance from the University of Southern Mississippi and a B.A. in Dramatic Art from Tennessee Tech. He is also a certified Lessac Practitioner as well as a certified member of both the Society of American Fight Directors and Dueling Arts International.

Justin Radcliffe

Justin Radcliffe is a second year MFA Scenic Design student at Texas Tech University. A graduate of Hardin Simmons University he made Abilene, Texas his home with his wife Darcy before moving to Lubbock. From 2007 to 2022 he was the Theatre Director at Cooper High School in Abilene and added the Technical Director role in 2018. Radcliffe has thirty directing credits and a dozen design credits to his name. He is truly gratified to be working with Lubbock Community Theatre and their devoted team.
