About LSC Music Series with Astrovan
Hailing from Loveland, Ohio, ASTROVAN fuse the grit and twang of
Midwest outlaw country with the kinetic urgency of indie rock, forging a
sound entirely their own—dubbed Outlaw Indie. The band formed in 2024
under unlikely but fated circumstances: all four members crossed paths at
the World’s Best Girl Dad competition, a moment that quickly felt less like
coincidence and more like destiny.
Since then, ASTROVAN’s ascent has been swift and undeniable. Their
breakout single, “Three Point Night,” shot up the Spotify charts and was
soon adopted as the official victory anthem of FC Cincinnati, echoing
through TQL Stadium after every home win as 25,513 fans sing and shout
along. It’s a rare feat—an indie band seamlessly threading itself into the
cultural bloodstream of a city.
Amid their rapid rise, ASTROVAN set their sights on something bigger than
chart positions. The band founded Spill It Records, a recording space in
Maineville, Ohio that blends state-of-the-art technology with old-school rock
’n’ roll ethos. Built with the future in mind, the studio is intended as a
creative home for the next generation of artists pushing the genre forward.
ASTROVAN are currently holed up at Spill It Records, putting the finishing
touches on their highly anticipated debut album—an arrival that feels less
like an introduction and more like the next chapter in a story already in
motion, set for release later this year.
