Exchange Policy Thank you for choosing to attend our events. We value your patronage and strive to provide a unique and memorable experience. Due to the distinct nature of each event and the absence of a regular set season, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges for purchased tickets.

Late Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, and to minimize disruptions, we have a 5-minute late seating policy. General admission ticket holders may enter up to 5 minutes after the event starts, but after this period, entry will not be allowed. VIP ticket holders must arrive on time, as their tickets may be resold after the 5-minute window, resulting in forfeiture of their seats. Please note that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed events. To ensure a smooth entry process, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
